The two garage bays were clear and could easily be used for vehicles. Only negative was a few tiny bugs in the house and the master bedroom smoke detector needs a battery.

Normally we book vacations almost a year out due to our schedules and the kids schedules. So when a week opened up, my wife green lighted me and I found this gem. Wonderful, well appointed home that is a short walk to the beach. The outdoor pool was great and the hot tube came in handy as the temps for the first few days was a little chilly. Plenty of towels, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen plates, knives forks, glasses, cooking utensils and even a really good blender! Ping pong table in the garage made for some fun times with the kids and plenty of laughs. The location is great to all the local restaurants as it is a hop skip and an away. We will be returning. BTW, we are a family of four that used only two bedrooms, the master and the kids used the room with two full beds. There was still a room with a queen sized bed, a room with a day bed and the sofa in the living room folds out to a queen. Plenty of space for two families.

Our month long stay was wonderful. The house was well appointed and very comfortable. The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach. Any contacts with Island Time were always convenient and professional from the initial booking to the final checkout. We would definitely recommend 32 Bradley Beach Rd.

This house was absolutely beautiful. Amazingly clean and was super impressed with the kitchen organization and the quality of the kitchen ware. Loved the starter pack of items in the kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable with a great selection of pillows - I brought my own as I'm picky but definitely didn't need to. We used the pool and hot tub daily. We found the house to be very comfortable-we were 5 adults. Also loved the location of the house. We biked a couple of days to the beach - which was about a 5 minute bike ride. Walk would be about 10. The house is close to everything. Do take note that there is room for only 4 vehicles - 2 need to park in the garage, which has low ceilings - cars, smaller SUVS, small trucks in garage and then 2 outside spaces. Would absolutely recommend this house. Island Time was also amazing. House was ready early and they sent a text letting us know. Checked in on us a couple of times during our stay and before check out.

This was a great home with quick access to the beach. The home was clean and well furnished. We did have a couple of issues with the kitchen faucet and dishwasher, but the property manager was quick to respond. I would definitely recommend the property.

The house has everything you need, and the proximity to the beach is completely doable. We actually only drove over once, simply because we needed a safe way to drop the paddleboards before taking them out to the beach. This is a long walk with a paddleboard, even for the strong teens, though. For a walk to the beach with chairs and the like, it's totally fine and enjoyable, too. We loved seeing the fiddler crabs and herons in the marsh under the walkway. The property was spotless, and there are no signs of any pets ever being there, so if you have well-trained pooches, it's a really lovely house with a nice private, fenced-in yard. Having a heated pool in Spring was wonderful, and everyone took in the hot tub experience multiple times a day in the backyard. It's a quiet part of Hilton Head, so just make sure you're the kind of family that doesn't need a bunch of stores and things to do within immediate walking distance - besides the beach. You can leave your bath towels at home, because we had plenty at the house for all of us, and we use the clothes washer on vacations. There really are only a few things of note that I would consider doing a little differently: I'd get a new garbage can with a flip top lid that works and is sturdy. I'd also consider soap dishes that aren't thin plastic. It doesn't fit well with the beautiful home. The bonus room is great! It's just outside the main living area, so if you're late nighters and like to watch tv outside your bedroom, make sure your bonus room guest has a noise machine or sleeps like a rock. Overall this house is awesome, and we'd definitely come back!

This was one of the nicest and cleanest vacation homes we have stayed in. It has a very nice, short walk to the beach. The fenced in back yard was great for our dog. We will definitely stay at this location again. We had a lovely week enjoying our family. Management was very quick to respond to problem with air conditioner. Overall a great vacation property. 10 out 10.

Great house that's well equipped with most anything you could need. The pool was a great place to relax after a day at the beach. The beach is just a quick walk. Would definitely stay at this house again.

The pictures don't do this property justice. It's very well outfitted in terms of appliances and comforts. There's plenty of space for 6 adults in the living and dining rooms. The pool is wonderful and the walk to the beach is less than 10 minutes.

Photos were current and up to date. location relative to grocery and other amenities were perfect. It was nice having a private pool, ping pong table and an extra refrigerator for all our beverages. Only downside was it was a bit longer walk to the beach with small children. But the boardwalk was apparently recently constructed with composite materials, so no concerns regarding splinters on the walkway. Overall perfect, we would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival to Hilton Head, we were called by Pam to welcome us! She also told us that an early check- in was available. We were not expecting that but SO excited to be allowed to go to our rental early. As soon as we all walked in the house, we were so impressed with EVERYTHING. It looked so much larger in person. The house had everything we needed and more to make our week wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and ping pong table. The walk to get to the beach was paved and an easy trek even with our 6 and 4 yr old granddaughters. The house was very clean, spacious, and as described. We would most definitely recommend staying here. We rented bikes for everyone for 3 days. We rode our bikes to Adventure Cove for Putt-Putt golf (right down the road),to Barnacle Bill's for fresh seafood twice and also on the beach. There are many bike trails that I would love to check out next visit. There is a Kroger very close by. We drove to the Light House, the kids played on the playground there, we ate at The Crazy Crab (my favorite) and Black Marlin. There was a minor issue having enough ice the first day. Pam very quickly responded and brought us several bags of ice to get us started! So much appreciated- she is super nice! This was our first trip to Hilton Head and I feel confident that we will return again!

This property is amazing; not to go into the property details as is all in the listing. Is everything it is advertised and more. A complete fenced in back yard with a pool is great for relaxing and animals. The property includes every utensil and cookware you would ever need. The property management stages the property with all we needed. Is a very close walk to the beach (10 mins) We were here for 2 months and it became home for us.

Beautiful newer home in pristine condition, on a quiet road about 6 houses from the beach access. We really appreciated the convenience of nearby golf, tennis, pickle ball, restaurants, and shopping, with the privacy of the property being adjacent to a nature reserve. This is our first trip to Hilton Head, and we will definitely return to this property.
