32 Bradley Beach Road is a gorgeous beach house located a short walk to the beach, sleeping 9 guests in 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a bonus room. This lovely home is exceptionally well maintained and has ample room to spread out in the living room, which has a sofa that converts into a queen bed. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and includes granite countertops and two bar seats. It offers the perfect space for hosting, with two dining tables. The first dining table seats 6, and the second dining table seats 8. Also located on the first floor are a full bathroom and a bonus room with a daybed perfect for napping, next to a full bath with a walk-in shower.
Heading upstairs, along with three bedrooms, you have a great workspace for working on the go. The primary bedroom features a king bed with a vented walk-in closet that has plenty of room for a baby's pack and play and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom features two twin beds. They both share a bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Dual thermostats are located on the first and second levels for added comfort.
Heading outside, there are porches in the front and back of the home, each with comfortable furniture. The backyard makes this beach house even better! The fenced-in backyard has 12 acres of natural landscape behind the property making it the perfect spot for pets. The main pool deck features a grilling station, lounge seating, an outdoor shower, and a private heated pool, gas fire pit, and hot tub. Located in the garage is a second refrigerator within steps of the pool, a ping pong table, and a 30-amp electric vehicle plug suitable for most level 2 charging stations. The property features well maintained landscaping with shrubbery and pavers around the pool deck. For added convenience, there are 2 parking spaces inside the garage and 2 spaces in the driveway.

32 Bradley Beach just got even better with a brand new above ground hot tub that can accommodate up to 6-7 people. The hot tub water is filtered using a fresh water salt system. The hot tub can be heated at no additional cost during your stay. There is also be a gas fire pit which will add an extra element of relaxation for your stay.
Driessen Beach is just a stone's throw away from your front door and has a kids playground, showers, and restrooms nearby.

- Hot Tub – An above ground hot is in service year-round at no additional charge to guest. The hot tub accommodates 6-7 people. Spa water is filtered by a fresh-water salt system.
- Heated Pool – From March through November the pool water temperature is continuously heated to 78-80 degrees at no additional charge to guest. For an additional charge pool temperatures can be increased to 88-90 degrees and must be requested one week prior to arrival. Please call us for details and dates.
- Gas Fire Pit – Located next to the pool and hot tub is a 2-burner gas fire pit which adds an extra element of relaxation.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:
Phase I:
- Complete - Contractor mobilizes in August 2025
- Complete - Weeks of August 13, 2025 thru September 12, 2025 - Fish Haul area
- Complete - Weeks of September 18, 2025 thru October 10, 2025 - Pine Island
- Complete - Weeks of October 11, 2025 thru October 17, 2025 - Port Royal (The Heel)
Phase II:
- Weeks of December 11, 2025 thru March 28, 2026 - Central Island, including beach areas along Palmetto Dunes
- Weeks of March 28, 2026 thru May 31, 2026 - South Island and South Beach areas.
Phase III:
- Weeks of November 1, 2025 thru April 30, 2026 - Pine Island Breakwater Structures
During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
- Fish Haul Creek — 2,130 feet
- Pine Island — 5,280 feet
- Port Royal / The Heel — 5,280 feet
- Central Island (including Palmetto Dunes) — 28,860 feet
- South Beach / South Island — 10,230 feet
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

- Construction noise will primarily involve bulldozers shaping the sand as it is deposited.
- Disruptions at individual properties generally last about three or four days as the renourishment operation progresses.
- Adjacent property owners, or renters, may experience short-term minor inconveniences.
