Inside, you'll find two living areas, separated by a central wall with TVs mounted on each side and a convenient wet bar. Both living rooms overlook the beautiful pool deck, golf course and 11 mile-lagoon. Step outside onto the expansive pool deck, which features a brand new cable wire banister, a high-top dining table, and an 18x14 heated private pool. Adjacent to the pool is an outdoor private half bathroom and a wash-off hose, perfect for rinsing off after a swim or a day at the beach.
The screened porch, accessible from the outdoor patio, the living room, and the primary bedroom, is a cozy spot to lounge and enjoy summer afternoons with brand-new furniture.
Off the two living areas, the kitchen boasts a gas cook top, a large island, custom cabinetry, and built-in appliances. A breakfast table in the kitchen and a spacious dining table nearby provide ample space for hosting family meals. Between the kitchen and living area, is a coffee bar, the perfect spot to prepare your morning brew or an afternoon pick-me-up.
The primary bedroom is a serene retreat with direct access to the screened porch and stunning views of the golf course, lagoon and a peek-a-boo ocean view. This room includes a desk area, a king bed, a large en-suite bathroom with a wet room housing both a walk-in shower and bathtub, a private toilet area, and a spacious walk-in closet.
The first-floor bedroom 2 features a king bed, TV, large dresser, built-in wardrobes, and a desk ideal for remote work. This en-suite room includes a walk-in shower, and the bathroom is also accessible from the hallway connecting the living areas to bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3 also has a king bed, private ensuite and a sleek TV stand with a remote-controlled lift. This room offers one of the best views of the property of the pool as well as an expansive view of the lagoon.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 are accessible via the staircase located at the entrance of the house, through the laundry room. Bedroom 4 features 2 twin beds, a queen bed, a TV, a built-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom, which also includes an extra sink conveniently located within the bedroom itself. Bedroom 5, accessible through Bedroom 4, is the ideal space for children, providing a cozy and fun retreat for younger guests. This bedroom features 2 trundle beds.
All bedrooms feature brand-new mattresses for your ultimate comfort.
As a bonus, the garage features a ping-pong table, a TV, and an additional fridge, making it the perfect oasis for families!

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property

The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

My parents, son and I stayed here mid February and couldn't have been happier. The home is beautiful set upon a gorgeous golf course with amazing views. The home was spotless and well equipped for making home cooked meals when we weren't eating out. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the beds were extremely comfortable. This house is everything you want it to be. Perfect layout, beautiful decor yet still comfy and cozy. An amazing location with beautiful views of golf course. Short walk to the beach. This was my first visit to Hilton Head and what an incredible introduction! I travelled with a group of friends - we were a total of 5. There was more than enough space to enjoy our time together! The space was relaxing and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen and dining area was a wonderful place to cook together and gather as well as the outdoor seating area to enjoy in the early morning to evening hours. The home is a short walk to the stunning sandy beach and a welcome way to start the day with sunrise walks then return for an afternoon in the heated pool. We enjoyed this home tremendously. It is beautiful, spacious and we loved the heated pool and hot tub. The bedrooms were great but only 1 surprise was that the upstairs bedrooms, you have to walk through 1 bedroom to get to the other one. It was a minor inconvenience but we still enjoyed this house to the max. It also has a great location for the beach entrance. Thank you guys for this great rental. We loved our stay! The views, light and space inside and outside this house are amazing! The hot tub with the big views was a hit! The kitchen is gorgeous, open and very high end--including appliances, cabinets and gas cooktop. The kitchen was really well stocked and great for our group. It was easy to gather since the house is nice and open-- but also nice to spread out with multiple living areas for everyone to find their own space.
