Inside, you'll find two living areas, separated by a central wall with TVs mounted on each side and a convenient wet bar. Both living rooms overlook the beautiful pool deck, golf course and 11 mile-lagoon. Step outside onto the expansive pool deck, which features a brand new cable wire banister, a high-top dining table, and an 18x14 heated private pool. Adjacent to the pool is an outdoor private half bathroom and a wash-off hose, perfect for rinsing off after a swim or a day at the beach.
The screened porch, accessible from the outdoor patio, the living room, and the primary bedroom, is a cozy spot to lounge and enjoy summer afternoons with brand-new furniture.
Off the two living areas, the kitchen boasts a gas cook top, a large island, custom cabinetry, and built-in appliances. A breakfast table in the kitchen and a spacious dining table nearby provide ample space for hosting family meals. Between the kitchen and living area, is a coffee bar, the perfect spot to prepare your morning brew or an afternoon pick-me-up.
The primary bedroom is a serene retreat with direct access to the screened porch and stunning views of the golf course, lagoon and a peek-a-boo ocean view. This room includes a desk area, a king bed, a large en-suite bathroom with a wet room housing both a walk-in shower and bathtub, a private toilet area, and a spacious walk-in closet.
The first-floor bedroom 2 features a king bed, TV, large dresser, built-in wardrobes, and a desk ideal for remote work. This en-suite room includes a walk-in shower, and the bathroom is also accessible from the hallway connecting the living areas to bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3 also has a king bed, private ensuite and a sleek TV stand with a remote-controlled lift. This room offers one of the best views of the property of the pool as well as an expansive view of the lagoon.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 are accessible via the staircase located at the entrance of the house, through the laundry room. Bedroom 4 features 2 twin beds, a queen bed, a TV, a built-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom, which also includes an extra sink conveniently located within the bedroom itself. Bedroom 5, accessible through Bedroom 4, is the ideal space for children, providing a cozy and fun retreat for younger guests. This bedroom features 2 trundle beds.
All bedrooms feature brand-new mattresses for your ultimate comfort.
As a bonus, the garage features a ping-pong table, a TV, and an additional fridge, making it the perfect oasis for families!

- The pool can be heated for an additional charge, give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool heat must be scheduled at 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated and or reaching optimal temperature.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:
Phase I:
- Complete - Contractor mobilizes in August 2025
- Complete - Weeks of August 13, 2025 thru September 12, 2025 - Fish Haul area
- Complete - Weeks of September 18, 2025 thru October 10, 2025 - Pine Island
- Complete - Weeks of October 11, 2025 thru October 17, 2025 - Port Royal (The Heel)
Phase II:
- Weeks of December 11, 2025 thru March 28, 2026 - Central Island, including beach areas along Palmetto Dunes
- Weeks of March 28, 2026 thru May 31, 2026 - South Island and South Beach areas.
Phase III:
- Weeks of November 1, 2025 thru April 30, 2026 - Pine Island Breakwater Structures
During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
- Fish Haul Creek — 2,130 feet
- Pine Island — 5,280 feet
- Port Royal / The Heel — 5,280 feet
- Central Island (including Palmetto Dunes) — 28,860 feet
- South Beach / South Island — 10,230 feet
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

- Construction noise will primarily involve bulldozers shaping the sand as it is deposited.
- Disruptions at individual properties generally last about three or four days as the renourishment operation progresses.
- Adjacent property owners, or renters, may experience short-term minor inconveniences.
