Past the breakfast counter, you'll enter a spacious, fully stocked kitchen with new GE stainless steel appliances, complete with all your cooking needs. Plenty of counter space makes this kitchen the perfect place to prepare your meals when you choose to dine in. The laundry room, which has a full-sized washer and dryer, is located just off the kitchen.
Surrounding the kitchen, you will find both a cozy breakfast nook with seating for four as well as a more formal dining table with seating for six. A sliding glass door leads to the back deck, where comfortable slingback chairs provide a great place to sip your morning coffee, read a good book, or enjoy an evening cocktail. A gas grill is available for the grill master in your group to serve up some sizzling burgers or steaks.
Past the first-floor half bath and large hall closet, you enter a luxurious master suite. A comfortable king-size bed sits in between two chairs that offer yet another option for reading that great summer novel. Completing the master suite is an armoire with TV alongside a desk, perfect for the remote worker. As you pass the walk-in closet, you enter the master en suite with separate vanities, a large soaking tub, and an oversized shower.
The two upstairs guest bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed and TV, and they share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:
Phase I:
- Complete - Contractor mobilizes in August 2025
- Complete - Weeks of August 13, 2025 thru September 12, 2025 - Fish Haul area
- Complete - Weeks of September 18, 2025 thru October 10, 2025 - Pine Island
- Complete - Weeks of October 11, 2025 thru October 17, 2025 - Port Royal (The Heel)
Phase II:
- Weeks of December 11, 2025 thru March 28, 2026 - Central Island, including beach areas along Palmetto Dunes
- Weeks of March 28, 2026 thru May 31, 2026 - South Island and South Beach areas.
Phase III:
- Weeks of November 1, 2025 thru April 30, 2026 - Pine Island Breakwater Structures
During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
- Fish Haul Creek — 2,130 feet
- Pine Island — 5,280 feet
- Port Royal / The Heel — 5,280 feet
- Central Island (including Palmetto Dunes) — 28,860 feet
- South Beach / South Island — 10,230 feet
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

- Construction noise will primarily involve bulldozers shaping the sand as it is deposited.
- Disruptions at individual properties generally last about three or four days as the renourishment operation progresses.
- Adjacent property owners, or renters, may experience short-term minor inconveniences.
