Entering this lovely villa the living room is bright and spacious, with gorgeous ocean views from the large windows. New furnishings include a leather sectional sofa and a flat-panel smart TV. The living space is open to the formal dining room, which boasts beautiful ocean views from large windows. The screened porch is located off the dining room and offers covered balcony seating. The kitchen is fully equipped and features gorgeous granite counters, custom cabinets, and brand-new stainless appliances. There is an adjacent breakfast area off the kitchen that has balcony access.

The main bedroom features a king bed with a renovated private bath, an oceanfront balcony, and a 50” flat-panel smart TV. The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, access to a newly renovated bathroom featuring a walk-in shower that shares access with the hallway, amazing ocean views from the large windows, and a flat-panel smart TV. The third guest bedroom features two twins, access to the large oceanfront balcony shared with the living room, a flat-panel smart TV, and a newly renovated private bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo.

Stunning views and Exceptional Vacation Rental
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 3507 Windsor Court South. Windsor Court South grounds are meticulously maintained and felt very safe/secure. The furnishings were nicely done. The beds were comfortable. The views and deck furnishings do not get any better than this. We even enjoyed the partially enclosed sitting area on breezy, chilly days. Our only suggestions for this unit: 1) kitchen could use better pots/pans for cooking for the family and 2) the air in the master suite/master bathroom seemed to barely blow cold air while other areas were very cold. Overall, we were in awe from the moment we walked in and hope to return. Thanks for sharing your home.

Living in Paradise
We arrived at 3507 Windsor Court South and it was paradise. First, the pictures did not do the space justice. The apartment is on the top floor and in the corner. Therefore you have views of the ocean from every room. Plus there is plenty of outdoors space in three different balconies.
The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculately clean. Only on bedroom has a king, and the other two are a double bed in one and two singles in another, so consider that if you have couples staying. The kitchen was well stocked for any cooking, and there is plenty of casual space to spread out. There is a separate laundry room in the unit with plenty of storage. The underground parking was a plus, and we were able to lock our bikes in the parking garage. The pool was heated and never busy, which was a nice change from other places where people try to reserve chairs by throwing towels on them. Access to the beach is easy from the unit. The only downside is that the furniture is a bit dated. However, that hardly made a difference in our experience.
The sunrises are amazing, and you can see them from the unit. Palmetto Dunes is a good location, right in the middle of the island. We golfed on one of the golf courses. It was expensive, not in great shape, and you could do better at other courses outside of Palmetto Dunes.
Finally Island Times was super responsive and helpful. We interacted with Haleigh, and she was delightful. I would definitely work with them again.

One fo the best in Palmetto Dunes
Top floor unit with multiple large balconies and fantastic views. Unit gets sunrise and sunset views and looks down the beach to Tybee Island.
Well equipped kitchen, TV and Internet good. Didn't need the screened in balcony in December but imagine it would be great in the summer months.
Ubers were easy to find and great restaurants a $10-20 ride away.
Property is well maintained, very quiet in the off seasion and parking easy and safe.

Fantastic Views
This 5th floor unit has some of the best views we have experienced. No pool and wildlife on the grounds and dunes below. Steps to the beach and pool simply an excellent PD location. The unit was clean and well-appointed but could use a refresh to keep it in the top tier of rentals.

Loved this condo!
The whole process from check in to check out was seamless. Island Time exceeded our expectations from a rental agency. I was surprised to receive a phone call the day after check in to see how everything was. We were having trouble operating the televisions and they sent someone over to help us. The condo was beautiful and well stocked.

Stunning views
Wow. I have been coming to Palmetto Dunes since the 1990s and this unit was one of the nicest by far. The views from every room are simply stunning. You can see down the beach for miles. And the long balcony that ran the length of the unit was protected from the wind and just perfect for sitting enjoying sunrises, sunsets or any other time of day. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out. And of course the beach access was unbeatable. Additionally, the management company, Island Time, was very easy to work with. I will definitely rent this place again.

2025 Beach Renourishment +

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS provided by the TOWN OF HILTON HEAD ISLAND 

Hilton Head Island's beach is crucial to both residents and the local economy. To preserve this valuable resource, the Town has planned a beach restoration project for Summer 2025, funded primarily by tourism through the local Beach Preservation Fee.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
  • The 2025 beach renourishment is expected to be similar to the previous projects in 1990, 1997, 2006 and 2016.
  • The proposed project will include the placement of approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach compatible sand from up to four offshore borrow areas along about 46,500 ft of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline.
  • This project is part of the Town's ongoing beach management program, with renourishment scheduled every 8 to 10 years, depending on weather and beach conditions.
  • Pine Island in Hilton Head Plantation will be included in the 2025 restoration. 
SAND PLACEMENT

The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:

  1. South Beach / South Island - Approximately 750,000 cubic yards of sand along approximately 10,230 feet of the southern Atlantic Ocean shoreline.
  2. Central Island - Approximately 700,000 cubic yards along 28,860 feet of Atlantic Ocean shoreline.
  3. The Heel - Approximately 500,000 cubic yards of sand along 5,280 feet at the northeast point of the island at the intersection of the Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline.
  4. Fish Haul Creek - Approximately 50,000 cubic yards of sand along about 2,130 feet of Port Royal Sound shoreline.
  5. Pine Island - Approximately 180,000 cubic yards of beach compatible sand and construction of six rock breakwaters on the Port Royal Sound shoreline of Hilton Head Plantation between Dolphin Head and Pine Island.
CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

The nourishment sand will be excavated by hydraulic dredge from two offshore shoal features.

  • Up to 50,000 feet of pipeline will be trucked or floated to the island by way of large rafts, then moved onto the beach.
  • The pipeline will be piled in stacks along the shoreline until needed during construction.
  • During construction, many miles of pipeline will be submerged on the ocean floor between the offshore borrow sites and the beach.
  • The rest of the pipeline will be laid progressively along the newly constructed beach as the fill sand is pumped on shore.

The dredge will pump a mixture of sand and seawater through the pipeline, and will discharge it onto the beach.

  • There, it will flow parallel to the shoreline - allowing the sand to settle out and the water to return to the sea.
  • Bulldozers and other heavy construction machinery will constantly shape the sand to meet the design specifications.

Project construction is expected to last approximately six months, operating around the clock.

  • On average, the process should move along the shoreline at a rate of about 200 to 300 feet per day.
  • As the fill placement progresses, approximately 1,000 foot sections of the beach are closed temporarily to pedestrian access.
  • Several days of work activity will occur seaward of any one piece of oceanfront property in the 1,000 foot active work area along the beach.
  • Once placed and rough-graded, the new beach is immediately reopened to the public.
IMPACTS ON RESIDENTS AND VISITORS
  • Construction noise will primarily involve bulldozers shaping the sand as it is deposited.
  • Disruptions at individual properties generally last about three or four days as the renourishment operation progresses.
  • Adjacent property owners, or renters, may experience short-term minor inconveniences.
