This pet-friendly Sea Pines home has an extremely open floor plan with soaring ceilings to create a charming environment perfect for your next vacation. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms offer enough space to host up to 10 guests comfortably. Multiple living and sitting spaces with brand new flatscreen TVs offer plenty of space for the whole family to relax and ensure that guests can be together while having ample room to spread out. The kitchen is spacious and has plenty of counterspace & walking space, and a fully stocked inventory is more than ready to take on any meal you have in mind.
The primary bedroom is spacious and features a king-sized bed, flatscreen TV, and 1 large walk-in closet. The primary bathroom is beautifully updated and features a double vanity as well as a brand new beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms sit on the opposite side of the home to offer great separation and privacy. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, flatscreen TV, and direct access to a passthrough bathroom, which features a single vanity and walk-in shower. The third and final bedroom features two twin-over-full bunk beds and a flatscreen TV, as well as a private bathroom complete with a single vanity and shower/tub combination. All bedrooms feature brand new furniture and bedding!
The massive Carolina room is climate controlled, leads to a private deck overlooking the lagoon, and also leads you directly to the private, enclosed pool. Enjoy cooking on the grill on hot summer days as you relax in your backyard oasis! This home offers limited views of the Harbour Town Golf Course, all from the comfort of your private backyard. Enjoy having pool views, lagoon views, & golf views all at the same time at this gem! The sandy beaches of Hilton Head are only a mile away, but 36 Red Oak is sure to keep you entertained at home!

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

The house is fantastic and beautiful. The location in Sea Pines is absolutely perfect (so many great activities and restaurants and shops), the pool is beautiful, and the beach is a quick trip. We used their suggestions to rent a crib and beach gear and both were awesome. We had a great week at this property. We were there during the RBC heritage golf tournament and it worked out great. The house was spotless and loved the location. This is the second time we have stayed at this property and still love it! Plenty of space for our family of 6 and 2 young children. The kitchen is well stocked. We had a wonderful week at 36 Red Oak. The location was nice and quiet with access to ample bike/walking paths and close to everything we needed. The house itself was great. A couple of small things we noticed were a plastic bag of something that felt like linens left under a table in one of the front rooms was very odd, and a few dishes seemed to have been put away dirty. Otherwise we had no major issues. I would recommend the management company let people know when pool and yard maintenance occurs each week as we had random people show up on the back porch which was a little surprising, and someone who entered the backyard failed to close a gate so our dog escaped (thankfully only momentarily).Posted: 12/30/2023

The house was even better in person than online. It had a well appointed kitchen which was perfect for cooking and hosting Thanksgiving dinner. There was more than enough room for our 2 families (7 people total), and it was very clean and very nicely furnished. We had the best time! The beach gear drop off was a great added touch. We needed assistance with getting in (because we didn’t read everything 🤦🏻♀️) and maint was timely returning the call after 10pm, was friendly & stayed on the phone to make sure we got in! The home was very clean and well stocked with dishes and cooking ware. Pool was great and very open with lots of TVs. The appliances were new and nice. We did have a problem with the ice maker/fridge water not working all week but it was a minor inconvenience and the property manager did bring us a few bags of ice. Sea Pines community is pristine and so was the house. Beautiful interior and I really enjoyed the pool and sunroom. House was very clean. We had a fantastic stay here! My husband and I stayed here with our adult son, his girlfriend and our two teenage daughters with 2 friends. Four teenage girls shared the room with the bunkbeds and private bath and while I thought initially there would be issues of spacing, there were none! They loved their room! They especially loved having their own bathroom. There was so much space in the house! The pool was great and had floaty‘s so we didn’t even use the ones that I had bought. The house was super clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was like a Spa! The management company was in frequent contact and were easy to get a hold of. Slight issue with the gas top stove making a clicking noise even though it was already ignited but it was a minor issue. We truly had a great time at this house.Posted: 8/9/2022

36 Red Oak was comfortable, very large; and, most importantly, immaculate. Cooking was fun with the new kitchen appliances and the beautiful Weber Grill outside. We loved having a private pool and spent most of our time there. One small glitch is that the landscapers chased us from the pool unexpectedly for about an hour on one day. Location is squarely in the middle of Sea Pines. It was a decent walk to Sea Pines Center for coffee every morning. Harbortown was a three minute drive. We opted to use the beach at Coligny, and that was maybe an eight minute drive. We will be back to 36 Red Oak for sure!Posted: 6/10/2022

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at 36 Red Oak. We were with our adult children. The house was very clean! Everyone had their own space. The house is very much as pictured. The bathrooms are all newly renovated and the beds seemed new and comfortable. One thing to note is the third bedroom bunk beds are twin over twin, not twin over full as listed in the description of the house. The location was great for us, close bike ride to harbour town and the beach.Posted: 6/1/2022
