Welcome to a beautifully designed retreat where warm natural light, effortless flow, and thoughtful comforts create an unforgettable stay. From the moment you walk in, the home opens into a bright and spacious layout that invites relaxation.
To the left of the entry, the kitchen serves as the home's welcoming hub. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large sun-filled window set the tone for easy gathering. Four barstools line the countertop, offering a perfect spot for casual meals, morning coffee, or chatting with the cook.
Just beyond, the dining area sits at the center of the home. A generously sized table with seating for eight anchors the space, creating a natural transition into the comfortable living room. Here, plush seating, a large TV, and abundant natural light make it an ideal place for unwinding after a day by the pool or exploring the endless beauty of Sea Pines.
Connected to the living room is a serene sunroom, a peaceful, light-filled nook with additional seating. It's the perfect hideaway for slow mornings, quiet reading, or simply enjoying the soft glow of the surrounding greenery.
The home offers four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms, each with its own sense of privacy. Bedroom 1 sits to the right of the main living areas and features a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2, also on this side of the home, includes a queen bed and an ensuite full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This bathroom has convenient access from both the bedroom and the main living area.
On the opposite side of the home, Bedroom 3 offers a spacious retreat with a king bed, a large closet area, and a full bathroom complete with a shower and a soaking tub. Toward the back of the house, accessed through the sunroom, Bedroom 4 provides another private escape with a king bed, a sizable closet area, and a full bathroom with a shower. A half bath is also located just off the sunroom for added convenience.
Step outside into a backyard that feels worlds away. Surrounded by trees and nature, this private space is whimsical and serene, perfect for relaxation and gatherings. Enjoy the pool and hot tub, rinse off in the outdoor shower, fire up the grill, or stretch out on loungers with a good book. Day or night, the outdoor space adds a magical touch to the home's already welcoming atmosphere.

- Harbour Town
The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:
Phase I:
- Complete - Contractor mobilizes in August 2025
- Complete - Weeks of August 13, 2025 thru September 12, 2025 - Fish Haul area
- Complete - Weeks of September 18, 2025 thru October 10, 2025 - Pine Island
- Complete - Weeks of October 11, 2025 thru October 17, 2025 - Port Royal (The Heel)
Phase II:
- Weeks of December 11, 2025 thru March 28, 2026 - Central Island, including beach areas along Palmetto Dunes
- Weeks of March 28, 2026 thru May 31, 2026 - South Island and South Beach areas.
Phase III:
- Weeks of November 1, 2025 thru April 30, 2026 - Pine Island Breakwater Structures
During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
- Fish Haul Creek — 2,130 feet
- Pine Island — 5,280 feet
- Port Royal / The Heel — 5,280 feet
- Central Island (including Palmetto Dunes) — 28,860 feet
- South Beach / South Island — 10,230 feet
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

- Construction noise will primarily involve bulldozers shaping the sand as it is deposited.
- Disruptions at individual properties generally last about three or four days as the renourishment operation progresses.
- Adjacent property owners, or renters, may experience short-term minor inconveniences.
Preserving Hilton Head Island's beaches supports the local environment, economy, and quality of life for residents and visitors alike.
The project is sponsored and funded by the Town of Hilton Head Island and engineered by is Olsen Associates, Inc.
