As you enter the home, you are invited into an open-vaulted living and dining space, perfect for relaxing and reconnecting. A double-sided fireplace (non-working) connects this space to the family room, kitchen, and eat-in kitchen area. With two large wall-mounted flat-screen TVs, the first floor offers the perfect layout for entertaining. This home also offers a vaulted, screened-in porch just off the family room that overlooks the pool and deck area.
Whip up tasty meals in a fully renovated contemporary kitchen with ample granite countertop space and a full suite of modern Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Dining is made easy with a kitchen bar seating 3, a breakfast nook seating 5, and a formal dining area seating 8.
The first floor offers two bedrooms. The master bedroom suite includes a king-size bed, a large flat-screen TV, views of the pool area, and rear deck access down to the pool. The master bathroom exudes luxury with a beautiful walk-in shower and clawfoot tub. There is a “kid-friendly” second bedroom on the first floor, complete with bean bag chairs and an Xbox 360 with access to a full bathroom. Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms and an office area. The second master bedroom has a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, an attached bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the pool area and professionally landscaped lawn. The third master bedroom has a king-size bed, an attached bathroom, and a small desk space.
Enjoy cooking and dining on the backyard pool deck with a Weber gas barbecue with rotisserie attachment and outdoor covered seating for 8. The rear deck leads down to a private pool (5-foot-deep) area with poolside loungers. Tasteful landscaping and lighting create a private sanctuary after a day at the beach.

Additional fees apply for last minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated and or reaching optimal temperature.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:
Phase I:
- Complete - Contractor mobilizes in August 2025
- Complete - Weeks of August 13, 2025 thru September 12, 2025 - Fish Haul area
- Complete - Weeks of September 18, 2025 thru October 10, 2025 - Pine Island
- Complete - Weeks of October 11, 2025 thru October 17, 2025 - Port Royal (The Heel)
Phase II:
- Weeks of December 11, 2025 thru March 28, 2026 - Central Island, including beach areas along Palmetto Dunes
- Weeks of March 28, 2026 thru May 31, 2026 - South Island and South Beach areas.
Phase III:
- Weeks of November 1, 2025 thru April 30, 2026 - Pine Island Breakwater Structures
During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
- Fish Haul Creek — 2,130 feet
- Pine Island — 5,280 feet
- Port Royal / The Heel — 5,280 feet
- Central Island (including Palmetto Dunes) — 28,860 feet
- South Beach / South Island — 10,230 feet
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

- Construction noise will primarily involve bulldozers shaping the sand as it is deposited.
- Disruptions at individual properties generally last about three or four days as the renourishment operation progresses.
- Adjacent property owners, or renters, may experience short-term minor inconveniences.
