This is our 4th year staying at 4 Junket for our family vacation on Hilton Head. We plan to come back next year. This property fits our family well. This year we were happy with the interior refresh that was done with painting and furniture. The only minor issues we had were the smoke alarm going off at 4:30 am one morning because of bad batteries (batteries were replaced and the system function properly the rest of our vacation), the issue with the washer not working some of the time (prior to arriving we were notified that the washer was having some problems and was going to be replaced but it would not be replaced until after our vacation), and the outside grill burners were not working properly and the grill should be upgraded after the season as it's in pretty rough shape. Overall, this is a great vacation property, and we plan to rent it again next year. Island Time was very response to the issues I mentioned earlier. They offered a laundry service for when the washer was not working which we did not use since the washer did work most of the time.

We loved our stay at this home in Palmetto Dunes. It’s super close to the beach - all you need is a wagon to carry your stuff. It’s maybe a 4 minute walk. Lots of space and large dining room table for our group of 10 for meals. Kitchen was well stocked with items for bigger groups. Beds were comfy and nice baths. Location was wonderful for biking and walking in the neighborhood. Island Time was super helpful.. Great Vacation!!

This is our third time renting through island time and they are such a pleasure to work with.We had 5 adults and 2 young children and the house was a perfect size to spread out and yet still feel homey. The access to the beach was great, no stairs to worry about if you have a wagon and my kids loved the secret trail. 5 min max from door to sand. We loved the pool and the well stocked kitchen. You can’t beat palmetto dunes, the drive to the home is lovely and you instantly feel like you are on vacation. Just a few quick issues I’m sure could be resolved but feel that should be mentioned-The house is in desperate need of pest control. I could not sit by the pool without being eaten by mosquitos and some type of bug is building little nests all along the outside of the house. The washer machine is SO loud, can not be run while you plan to be in the kitchen and having a conversation. The laundry room is junky. All sorts of leftover building materials from when they renovated. This was my least favorite part of the home-I don’t want to see all that clutter on vacation.They need to vacuum better as I guess this was a dog friendly home and the living room rug was covered in black dog hairLastly the dishwasher is probably on isles last leg and often needed to be ran twice for things to be cleanWe had a wonderful vacation and none of these things truly affected our trip. The home is beautiful, pictures don’t do it justice. We are already planing our next trip to HHI

From the moment we entered this home we knew it would be perfect! The house was immaculate with a warm and welcoming vide. The kitchen had everything we needed, especially as we enjoy cooking and chose to prepare meals for our family at home.
It was a two minute walk to the beach and it was a special plus to hear the ocean from the enclosed porch every night.

We had a fantastic time at this lovely clean and very well equipped home. We would definitely stay again. Taking the “secret” well worn path to the beach saved a couple of minutes walk and in doing so makes it a 3-4 minute walk to the sand! House is in a great location on a shady quiet street.

We had a lovely family beach week here. The house was spacious and clean and could have accommodated more than our family. You are very close to the ocean overall, but do have to walk “around” to the path- which is a easy walk even for kids. Front and screened porch and pool all a hit for kids. Wonderful to be able to bring our dog.

Loved the property and location so much. Great for a family vacation! I will say that for the price you pay, we expected a few more things to be at the house (we had to go buy our own salt & pepper… in addition to toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, etc.). I’m fine doing that usually, you’d just expect more to be included for the price. Nevertheless, we did love the property & the management was extremely helpful & communicative. Definitely recommend staying!

The house was perfect for myself and 2 adult children who were working remotely during the day. Plenty of room to spread out, 2 living spaces, large fully equipped kitchen. Location couldn't have been better, 5 min walk to beach, short bike ride to Pickleball and Golf. Shopping and groceries close by. Pool was clean, warm enough to swim most days.

I’ve been coming to Hilton head for the past 25 years straight and this is hands down the cleanest and most well taken care of home that I’ve stayed in. The location is great, I love being further away from the gates because there is less traffic with having 3 little ones. The walk to the beach is short and the pool was great and nice to have it heated. This home is great for multiple families with having 3 master suites and a kids room. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home so that we could enjoy another wonderful trip to Hilton head!

We’ve been coming to HHI a couple of times a year for 10+ years and this is definitely one of the nicest homes we’ve rented. We usually stay in N. Forrest beach, but really enjoyed this area of the island as well. The house itself was great, large BRs and multiple common areas gave 3 generations room to spread out. House is very nicely and practically furnished for a beach property. Recently updated kitchen with high end appliances was also a plus. Convenient beach access and a large sunny pool should keep all the sun worshippers happy. We had no issues during our stay, but the management company was pleasant to deal with and easy to contact. Would definitely stay here again.

House was very modern and the kitchen was amazing. Beach was a very short walk. Biking on the beach to watch the sunrise was a high point. A very clean and spacious setup with plenty of room for our adult children. Rented many properties over the years on Hilton Head, by far this was the best.

We had a lovely time staying at this property. It was beautiful, clean, and had all we needed for the week. We loved the proximity to the beach and the pool made the afternoons and evenings relaxing and fun.

Nice house. Location very close to the beach. A bit noisy with construction and the house is not that private even though the pictures do show privacy. Very clean and well cared for. We would rent again.

Beautiful, serene location with well located family spaces and close beach and outdoor activities. Designed for family time and good private rooms. Comfortable furnishings, practical layout. Pictures do not show how great this home is!

The open yet separate concept of this house with private beds and bathrooms, make this the ideal beach house to share with family. High end appliances, lg TVs, pool after the very close beach, and dog and kid friendly, make this so much fun. Used great local trails for biking. We will be back to this welcoming place.

The property was PERFECT for our 3 family vacation (Parents, 2 Adult children and spouses plus grandkids and one dog). 2nd row made a very easy walk to the beach. The pool was great for the kids. The living spaces were great when we all wanted to be together and the 3 en suite bedrooms gave each family ample space if anyone needed a little alone time. The two living areas were sufficiently separated to allow unbothered activity in each. The site is quiet which made the screened porch and the front porch a delight. Also, the place was very clean, especially considering it’s a pet friendly spot. There was no smell or pet hair anywhere. We would rent this house again even if we didn’t have a pet.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We were extremely happy with our stay at 4 Junket! As a family of four, we had more than enough space to spread out and be comfortable in this beautiful home. It was the perfect place for us to isolate and socially distance safely. The house is spacious - with 3 king bedrooms and a “kids” room with 2 twin beds and a full, a large open plan living room/dining room as well as a family room adjacent to the kitchen. We spent most of our evening meals eating on the screened porch at night - the perfect spot to relax after a day in the pool and on the beach (which is literally 60 seconds away.) The house felt clean and was well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed - including sharp knives which is usually unheard of in a vacation rental!! We loved how the location was far enough away from the busier parts of the resort and beach, but close enough to hop on a bike to grab essentials from the General Store. We did not feel cramped on the beach, again helping us to feel safe and distanced. The pool is perfectly situated for sun all day, but you can also find shady spots if that’s what you prefer. We will definelty stay here again!!

We had a wonderful time. Home was as advertised and excellent. Beach was so easy and close. Since it’s away from the major resorts the beach was relatively private. Felt safe in this crazy covid times. Thank you to the owners and would definitely recommend.
