The home offers five bedrooms and four bathrooms, just three rows from the beach. The new exterior features a low country tabby-style hard coat stucco on the first floor. The backyard deck offers a screened porch that overlooks the swimming pool and is partially shaded by a beautiful live oak, making it the perfect place to relax and watch the activities in the pool. Enjoy the sounds and breezes from the ocean while relaxing on the screened porch. It's a great place for a cool drink, a family game, and outdoor dining.
The upper floor features a newly spacious kitchen and living area. New travertine floors and granite counter tops accent the space. Beautiful hand-scraped hardwood floors have been installed in the upper bedrooms. There are bedrooms with a king bed, a queen bed, one with two twins, and three full baths. The dining room area seats eight comfortably, and the breakfast bar can seat three. The kitchen is fully equipped. The first floor features a living room and first-floor laundry, perfect for dealing with wet, sandy clothes from the beach. The first floor also has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms have a queen and two twins.
The home is located just blocks from shopping, restaurants, and the entertainment of Coligny Plaza. Access to the many miles of island bike trails is just 100 feet from the front door. The beach access is a mere 30 yards from your front door. Come experience this wonderful home and have the island time of your life!

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

We made a great choice in 4 Quail Street for our annual family vacation. The home had lots of space with a great fully-equipped kitchen. Backyard pool has some shade during the day, which proved to be a real benefit. We especially enjoyed the rear screened porch for relaxing and dining. The updated kitchen was sleek and was well equipped for our group and we enjoyed morning coffee on the back deck! The close proximity to the beach allowed us to enjoy morning walks and we saw loads of dolphins!

The property was wonderful. It was updated and decorated so beautiful. Management company was so helpful and we were even able to get access to the house a little earlier than regular check-in. And the owner's welcome gift was so nice. The house provided so much space for everyone to spread out with multiple screened in porches and a family room upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen was stocked so well with everything we needed. Access to the beach is so close. Unfortunately neither my parents nor my husband's parents could come due to medical issues but we still had a good time. And we are so hopeful we can find another time to visit with the entire family and would stay at this lovely house in a heartbeat!Posted: 10/2/2023

This house had everything our group needed, and we were a BIG group. It was a family reunion, so we actually stayed in 3 locations, but this was where everyone congregated and it was perfect. The screen porch was where we all congregated to play games and read. The kitchen set-up accommodated our big group and we never felt cramped. I cannot recommend this house enough.Posted: 7/20/2021

House location is awesome and the house is very nice. Only issue was that the pool, kitchen and rugs/carpets were all dirty. We cleaned the kitchen and vacuumed because we did not want to deal with it, and the pool was promptly cleaned once we called the management company. The house was really nice inside. Exterior was okay. I did not know I had to pay for the pool to be heated. We were there for 2 days before we were able to get the heat turned on. The walk to the beach was very short. I’d definitely rent this place again. We had a great time.Posted: 12/17/2020

This is the 4th summer we have rented a house in HHI for our family of 7. We loved this house and the huge pool! North Forest beach area is our favorite and easy for bike riding. When we got there we realized one of the beds wasn’t cleaned but they came out quickly and took care of it. The kitchen could be stocked a little bit better with cups, especially plastic cups and some cookie sheets/pizza pan. The pool was great for when we were tired of the beach.
