Palmetto Dunes is unequally superior of anyplace on the Island. Suggest this owner add full length mirror and towel racks! View was from rear of condo; a bit disappointed.

Island Time, especially Brenda, does a great job of making your Vacation exceptional. The personal attention I get from Brenda makes all the difference. I don't want to feel like a number, and she goes above and beyond to prevent that from happening. Things will always happen, but they do their best to keep you informed. I loved this condo and will rent it again due to its location and cleanliness; the remodel was the key. Lots of painting and construction going on, but none of it bothered us, and it makes the building that much better for the future. Thanks again, Brenda!! MGK

The place was beautiful, clean and well equipped with all we needed. We usually stay ocean front in Forest Beach but after this trip the family unanimously agreed -we have found our new vacation spot at Windsor Place. Island Time was great at communicating with us and made the whole process easy.

The unit got new carpet and living room furniture in between my trips and they were so nice, the carpet was extremely soft. Various "mandatory options"/chair rentals,etc are not disclosed on the OD site and you find out only when your confirmation comes thru- kinda of late for that!!. Save yourself some $$ and go direct with the actual rental people and QUESTION EVERYTHING- Initially, ISLAND TIME were puzzled when my request first hit them. It took many e-mails to begin to straighten this mess out with OWNER DIRECT. Months into the process, I was still getting e-mails that the rental was pending- even after my 2nd rental charge went thru. Complete BUSH LEAGUE OUTFIT

Lovely accomodations with ocean views and plenty of sunshine from triple aspect corner unit windows. I didn't give cleanliness 5 stars because of the worn and spotted carpet. Owner is aware as I see from previous posts; they indicate that they are planning to replace it. Looking forward to booking again next year.

A nice feature is a door that closes off the guest bedroom and bathroom (in addition to doors on each of those rooms) for extra privacy. The property was well maintained, the pool area very nice with several shaded spots for hot days.The community of Palmetto Dunes is beautifully landscaped and has so many activities for all ages.Island Time rental agency was very easy to work with, communicated well and responsive to questions. We had one very small issue and it was fixed within two hours. I would highly recommend this agency.

Well appointed condo with fully stocked beautiful kitchen. Large washer and dryer. Perfect for a family who enjoys a little elbow room and enjoys cooking. The beds were comfortable with comfortable bedding. Large beautifully tiled showers, and I LOVED the soaking tub! The main reason I chose this property! The only thing I would recommend would be a few plasticware type drinking cups for the younger crowd. Under a 5 minute walk to the beach. Beach is large and clean. We rented beach going equipment such as umbrella, chairs, cooler, beach buggy and bikes which were waiting for us upon arrival. Two nice swimming pools, but we were at the beach mostly. Palmetto Dunes is a lovely area with large, mostly shaded sidewalks to walk or ride your bikes. Enjoyed renting kayaks one day as well. Boys enjoyed biking, surf fishing, pickle ball and going to the General Store multiple times a day! Would recommend!

The only issue we discovered was last two days of stay, the water was turned off at showers by beach access. Because we could not rinse sand off after being on beach, it was difficult not tracking sand into unit.

Our family of three (2 adults and 14 yo) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place is lovely and even nicer than the pictures. The property grounds were also well-maintained. The location of the unit was very convenient to the community pool, beach, stairs and elevator. It was easy to walk back from the beach, throw our sandy beach chairs in the car and then go to the condo. Management was called a few times for wasp nests on the balcony and the responsiveness and communication was impressive, especially since it was over a busy holiday season. The check-in/check-out was seamless. We will most definitely be back!
