404 Barrington Arms

This unit is laid out very well for multiple generations to enjoy a long term stay. The view of the ocean, pool area and lagoon are extraordinary. The beach was a short walk through the property and the pool and hot tub are available for those days when it’s too windy on the beach. Our 6 weeks in Hilton Head went by too quickly and we’re already looking forward to returning next year.

The unit was a very spacious 3 bedroom. The master was very comfortable with a great view of the ocean. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking. Checking in was easy and check out was simple. There was plenty of parking. The Palmetto grounds were beautiful. The property manager was great with really good communication about the unit and Hilton Head Island. I recommend this unit.

The unit was very spacious and well appointed. There were plenty of pons, pans and silverware for cooking in. The master bedroom was very comfortable. The view from the lanai was excellent. There were enough amenities to get us going, although bring your own coffee filters (the waffle/pleated kind). The property manager was very helpful and communicated every thing we needed to know about parking and unit entry. Customer service was excellent. For food I highly recommend Benny's. Excellent swordfish and grouper. The property manager also provided a credit for rental of beach chairs and umbrella. VayKLife provided great beach chairs. The equipment was waiting at our door on arrival.

The six of us had a fabulous time at The Barrington Arms! The spacious three bedroom condo was perfect for us, our daughter and her husband and their two children. It had everything we needed and wanted, especially the mesmerizing view of the ocean. The beach was easy to access and the nearby Shelter Cove had amenities that we all enjoyed. The staff at Island Time were very professional and helpful throughout the process. It was a joyous place for us to spend Christmas and we voted that we would all like to return next year!

We stayed here for a short getaway with our daughter and our only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer. The condo was very nicely furnished, was exceptionally clean and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The view from the condo is unbelievable! Nice complex, fantastic views, & wonderful pool area. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

This was our 3rd trip to Palmetto Dunes and 1st in this condo. We would absolutely come back! Great layout with privacy and excellent views. Lots of thoughtful little touches and our kids LOVED playing checkers during downtime. Our absolute favorite thing about this area is the easy walk to the beach, the private pool and the fact that it is less crowded than other parts of Hilton Head.
As mentioned in the listing description, the condo only came stocked with a few days worth of soap/shampoo/trash bags/paper towels/dish soap. The only thing we really ran out of was shampoo & trash bags but we planned ahead and brought some from home.
Overall it was a fantastic experience.

This was our second stay in this Villa, and 3rd at Barrington. The resort and villa are both wonderful. It's 3 bedrooms, which is both unusual and nice, gives our granddaughter her own little space. Our rental condo was overlooking the ocean and a beautiful pool with plenty of space for everyone, a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We stayed in this condo as a birthday vacation. The condo is absolutely perfect for multiple families/couples to stay in. The views of the ocean, spacious balconies, and impeccable pool area make this a dream place to stay. The condo is spotless, well decorated, and super spacious! The 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms are all stunning. We loved being right next to the ocean & pool. We had quick, easy access to both & a general store, restaurants, bars, and even a pickle bar court near by! Highly recommend staying in this luxury rental!! We will absolutely be back!

Three longtime friend couples stayed in condo to celebrate one couple’s anniversary. It accommodated us perfect. Having a heated pool during the month of October was great. The view was excellent. The balcony was a great size. We couldn’t have been happier with the condo. But, I will say, the tv was a pain. We are all in our 70’s and the Roku was terrible. Couldn’t get hardly anything on live. Hardly any stations were hooked up. Would probably be great if we had brought into them ourselves but none of us streamed those stations so we were left with hardly anything to watch. The couch was pretty wore down but the beds were very comfortable. Could have used more glasses and silverware but we got by. Very happy overall

Three couples rented this condo for a 6 night getaway to celebrate 50th wedding anniversary of long time friends. Perfect setup for three couples. Perfect location. Loved the heated pool. Balcony was excellent overlooking pool and great size for the six of us. The only small thing I would recommend, not enough glasses or silverware and the couch is pretty wore down. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. Having the elevator right out our door was handy. We all decided we would like to rent again.

404 Barrington Arms in Palmetto Dunes is great! 4th floor, has elevator. Beautiful with gorgeous views. Amazing wildlife everywhere. Kitchen stocked. TV easy to use. Internet works well. Great water pressure, beds and furniture comfy. Great dishwasher, and full sized laundry. Garage parking. Easy! We all loved it!

This condo is very spacious, sunny and comfortable. The photos accurately represent the space, and the kitchen is well equipped. The "starter kit" of soap, shampoo and kitchen cleaning supplies is adequate for a week. We rented bikes for the week and enjoyed biking on the neighborhood paths and walking along the beach. The pool is heated and comfortable in early Spring. Plenty of activities for non-golfers like kayaking, tennis or pickle ball. I highly recommend this rental.

My husband and 2 young sons stayed at this beautiful property Oct 2021 and it exceeded all of our expectations. The property is even more beautiful, up to date, and cozy then pictures. It’s appears like it was just newly renovated. All the living areas are large and spacious. The unit is located right near the elevator which is very convenient. Parking is easy. The ocean, pool, lagoon view (yes all together) from all the bedrooms and family room are spectacular. My sons spent mornings counting turtles, fish and watching an alligator in the pond/lagoon below from the balcony. We enjoyed coffee on the well Appointed balcony and watched the stunning sunrise every morning. The pool is right in front of the unit and the beach right after it. Beach was walking distance, clean, and quiet. The pool was warm and the weather was perfect. Palmetto dunes is beautifully manicured. The unit is walking distance to the Omni hotel which has a few bars and restaurants.

The property is centrally located, easy drive to local grocery stores, airport, restaurants, and two playgrounds.

Island time was excellent to work with. Brenda was kind, responsive and very helpful.

I have highly recommended this unit to my family and friends and can’t wait to stay here again.

The condo was very clean. Beach chairs and/or towels would have been a plus. There is some peeling paint and a small amount of mold in the master shower that should be addressed along with a piece of the sliding door to the balcony that's worked loose. Great central location. The property and pool area are very well maintained. The info about checking in, etc. was very thorough.

We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and up-to-date accommodations at the condo. There were plenty of towels provided, the TVs all provided access to every app you could want, view was great and we did not hear any neighbors. One odd thing is that they kept a plunger in the bedroom closet. We didn’t use that closet given what was stored in it. Also the sink the master bathroom was clogged. Overall minor improvements could be made with a tiny bit more attention to detail.

Our family of four had a great time while staying at this villa. Palmetto Dunes was clean, comfortable and safe for our teens to explore on their own. The villa overlooked the pool but had a nice view of the ocean. Beds were comfortable and the layout was perfect for our family. We will be back!

We loved the view from 404 Barrington Arms. As the sun starts to get near the horizon, the whole sky lights up in salmon and purple colors, just before sunrise. We had magical bike rides on the beach mesmerized by sunrise and the feasting birds as the tide retreats. The only thing that would have made our stay better would be for Barrington Arms to have a recycling program

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the view from 404 Barrington Arms. As the sun starts to get near the horizon, the whole sky lights up in salmon and purple colors, just before sunrise. We had magical bike rides on the beach mesmerized by sunrise and the feasting birds as the tide retreats. The only thing that would have made our stay better would be for Barrington Arms to have a recycling program

Barrington is a great, central location in Palmetto dunes. Beautiful views. The property is well maintained and the experience with the rental company was seamless. We'll be back.

Unsurpassed beauty with matchless views of the ocean. The surrounding environment was stunningly beautiful. Amenities such as restaurants ranging from national- to world-class rounded out the trip. There is more than enough to see and do as well! I cannot rate this property highly enough.

Loved Hilton Head. Condo was in central location, beautifully decorated, very comfortable for 6 adults, clean and had a beautiful view of pool and ocean. The only issue we had was in the beginning when we were trying to get our car passes. I received an email stating to go to one location but was told when we got there that we had to go to another location for pick up. The two places were a mile apart. Not a big deal. I would recommend this area of the island and this condo for a large group. We’ll definitely go back!

We really enjoyed our stay at 404 Barrington. It is located right off the elevator and has a central view of the pool and beach. The unit was clean and modern, and had everything we needed. It is about a mile from the General Store, which gave us an opportunity for a good walk or bike ride. I highly recommend this place.
