Walk in and be welcomed by a lovely foyer, which leads onto a spacious open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. The layout makes it perfect for those yearly group gatherings and entertaining on a grand scale. The dining table seats 12, and the kitchen has bar seating for 4. The kitchen is also equipped with a wine cooler and a gas stove. There will undoubtedly be arguments over who gets the master suite downstairs, with French doors opening to the deck overlooking the pool and the cavernous, light-filled bathroom. It is a delight to wake up to the sun rising. However, rest assured, as there is another fabulous master suite upstairs too. The aspiring chef in your group will quickly lay claim to the beautiful modern European kitchen, complete with a quartz back splash and waterfall countertop. The latest appliances will make cooking a true pleasure. The bathrooms are luxurious and inviting and have been designed with great thought. The bedrooms have been designed with style and comfort in mind. This house leaves nothing to chance!
42 Stoney Creek also has an accessible walkway into the entrance of the house and out to the pool, as well as a larger accessible space inside, including wet rooms for wheelchair access. The needs of mobility-impaired guests have really been considered.
Located on the first floor are three wonderful bedrooms. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, with the master having the most spacious wet room. The first two bedrooms have king beds, and the third bedroom has a queen bed.
Heading upstairs, there are four bedrooms and a media/game room to relax and unwind. The first three bedrooms each have their own ensuite bathroom, including the game room. The fourth bedroom also has access to its own bathroom. Also located on the second floor is a desk to work on the go and a seating area to enjoy the sun and catch up on some reading.
This Sea Pines home has plenty of space to spread out and take in the views. Outside, enjoy the grill, the screened-in porch, and the spacious deck overlooking the pool and the natural views of the lagoon and the greens of Heron Point Golf Course by Pete Dye. You'll love being just a bike ride from the beach as well as a short walk to nearby Harbour Town.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property

The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

The house is simply wonderful. An added bonus was the the rental bikes almost free and delivered to the house. The whole area has cycle paths and everything worth seeing was within 20 mins ride.Posted: 5/3/2025
We had 13 family members stay at the house for one week to celebrate Christmas. The house was very clean. Each bedroom has a bathroom, and there were plenty of spaces for games, cards and family gatherings. The kitchen had enough cooking utensils, plates and silverware. Overall, our stay was wonderful. The home is spacious and well stocked.
Location in sea pines is perfect for us so we can get out and ride bikes, go to the sea pines tennis center for pickle ball and tennis and get to harbor town quickly.
The house was clean. Hpwever, we did have a plumbing issue, but the property management company responded quickly, even though it was a holiday. We all truly appreciated their timely response.
The property managgement company provided great customer service.
I would highly recommend the house for large families.

Our experience during our stay was great. The rooms and accommodations were great. Everyone has their own restroom and the outdoor living space was exceptional. The view of the lagoon made for a great scene. While it is not in walking distance to the beach, for our family it was not a concern. It is a 20 min bike ride and coordination of the trolley. The location was perfect, inside the gated community of the Beautiful Sea Pines Resort, and the house was in walking distance of Harbor town, which in itself was awesome. The home was beautiful and very large. 7-8 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The masters had cavernous bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The house was the perfect size for our 15 member family. And the common areas were wonderful - plenty of seating. And there was plenty of parking. We had a problem with the A/C on wednesday before Thanksgiving and the property management company got someone out there thay day to resolve it - great service and greatly appreciated! The only negative comment is that there is only one refrigerator so we had to use heavy duty coolers to keep some of our food and drinks in.Posted: 12/7/2023
