Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

As soon as you step through the front door of 4202 Windsor Court North, expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean greet you, framed by natural dunes and swaying palms. The living area is warm and inviting, furnished with Tommy Bahama Bali Hai rattan bamboo pieces that bring a soft tropical feel to the home. Comfortable couches surround the 75” Samsung SmartTV, offering multiple lounging options whether you're relaxing after the beach or enjoying a cozy movie night. Large sliding doors open to the oversized balcony, where ocean breezes and panoramic views set the tone for effortless coastal living.

Just off the living space is a built-in desk nook with charming accents, providing a quiet place to work or unwind with a book. The dining area features a high-top wood table with seating for six and stunning sightlines to the ocean, making every meal feel special.

The renovated kitchen is bright and thoughtfully designed, with cherry cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and four Riviera rattan counter-height stools for casual dining. New GE appliances, including a stove, oven, and convection microwave, pair beautifully with the clean, coastal aesthetic. A laundry closet with brand new Electrolux washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.

The double-width balcony is a highlight of the villa, oriented due east for perfect morning sunrises and peaceful evenings. Four Breezesta bar-height chairs and a gathering table create an ideal spot for morning coffee, alfresco dining, or simply soaking in the beauty of the shoreline. Positioned on the quiet side of Windsor Court North, it offers extra tranquility away from pool activity and foot traffic.

The primary bedroom sits to the left of the living area and features a king bed, a 50” Samsung SmartTV, and calming ocean views. Its beautifully updated ensuite bathroom includes double vanities and an oversized walk-in tile shower, complete with a subtle view of the water.

The guest suite is located to the right of the living area and kitchen. This room offers two full-size beds, a 42” Samsung SmartTV, and direct access to the shared balcony through a large sliding glass door. Soft natural light fills the space, and the ensuite bathroom features a porcelain tub and shower combination.

This stunning property is perfectly situated within Palmetto Dunes, offering easy access to Hilton Head's best restaurants, grocery stores, and Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina. Yet within Windsor Court North, the atmosphere remains peaceful and relaxed, creating a true coastal retreat where ocean views, comfort, and thoughtful design come together beautifully.

Please note: The 2025/2026 beach renourishment has been completed in the Windsor Court and Palmetto Dunes area, successfully restoring and enhancing the shoreline for your enjoyment.

Highly Recommend This Beautiful Condo

We had a wonderful stay at this Hilton Head condo. It was absolutely immaculate, beautifully decorated, and furnished with comfortable furniture that made it feel like home. The second-floor location was convenient, with easy access by either elevator or stairs. The large shower was a nice feature, and the spacious kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved relaxing on the balcony, which offers beautiful views of both the ocean and the landscaped courtyard.The beach is just a short walk away, and the property itself is gorgeous, with well-maintained grounds, scenic biking and walking trails, and a lovely pool. If you’re looking for a spotless, comfortable, and beautifully located place to stay in Hilton Head, this condo is an excellent choice. It has everything you could want for a wonderful getaway, and we would recommend it without hesitation to anyone planning a visit. You’ll be glad you chose this property!
