There is no need to look any further than oceanfront Beachside Bliss for your next family reunion or friends' getaway, as this one-of-a-kind, 8,000-square-foot luxury home will spoil everyone lucky enough to come along! As soon as the sun comes up, your days will be filled with island fun in the oceanfront pool with a spa and a hot tub. A few feet away, the private beach access will be the cherry on top for beach lovers.
Step back inside, and you will be greeted by the tasteful coastal decor, expansive rooms for everyone to reminisce in, and a brand-new 2022 gourmet kitchen just waiting to help prepare family feasts. Also new for 2022 are a plethora of new furnishings spread throughout the home. Elegant touches such as two wet bars and exposed beam ceilings will blow every guest away. When evenings come to a close, the balcony will be just the place to enjoy a favorite cocktail, as the uninterrupted views of the water are an unmatched cap to each dreamy day here on Hilton Head Island.
The main living area is on the first floor facing the water, as are a library/den and a laundry room. The first floor also opens to the oceanfront pool and the perfectly manicured backyard, suitable for family games. The grilling and dining areas will allow for summer cookouts, and a half-bathroom is also accessible from the pool area.
Three second-floor bedrooms have oceanfront views and are open to a large deck overlooking the pool and ocean. A new sitting area for 2022 and a second laundry room complete the amenities on this floor.

- The pool and spa can be heated for an additional charge, give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool heat must be scheduled at 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated and or reaching optimal temperature.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property

Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

Generally in good condition and the beginning supplies were very good. Some issues with cleaning though. Steps and landing to the garage were filthy. Master bath in first floor was so dirty we left footprints on the bath towel. Reported these issues and I expect the next occupants would not see a problem.Main garage door would not go down. Took two days, but got it fixed.Big issue for us was the front steps as the last four do not have a railing and one of our guests missed the last step and ended up in the ER. This was at night and the porch lights did not illuminate the steps all the way.Overall, a really good stay. We had a wonderful stay at 43 South Beach Lagoon with the kids and grandkids. The house was perfect because it had plenty of bedrooms and also plenty of room in the living space for the 2 smaller grandkids to play. The house was in good condition and has all the amenities that we needed. The two refrigerators in the kitchen was really nice. Access to a quiet, almost private beach. Only feedback on the downside is that the Outdoor patio furniture is pretty worn and needs refreshed, hot tub not operating and there were no stemmed wine glasses. Loved being on the ocean, everyone had their own bedroom and bath. Bike trails are fantastic, plus it was the first time I ever rode a bike on the sand! All in a great experience and great location.Posted: 10/27/2024

Beautiful house with most bedrooms having an ocean view. Close expansive ocean view with very short private walk to the mostly empty beach. The first floor is very open. We were to comfortably have a large party for over 50 people. Ton of parking space with 4 garages. Would definitely rent avain.Posted: 8/17/2024

The grandkids and all the adults all felt a peaceful blissful feeling of togetherness and the pictures do not do the home justice. It is huge with grand bathrooms. The pool and patio area is great with many lounge chairs. The kitchen and dining areas held our crew with ease. The double refrigerator and two dishwashers were very handy. The pantry held all the snacks, cereals, bread, extra drinks. The ice maker at the wet bar came in handy. The view and access to basically our private beach was so inviting.Posted: 7/24/2023
