Description

5 Rice Lane is a renovated Sea Pines home with a private pool. This coastal home is perfect for vacationing. Be welcomed in by the living room, where you can relax and watch television or unwind with a great book. Heading through the home, the kitchen has ample space to cook a great meal for the family. It has an open layout to the dining room, which makes it easier to entertain family and friends. The dining room seats eight, and the kitchen has two bar stools.

Located on the first floor is the primary bedroom. The bedroom has a king bed. The bathroom doubles as a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed with a workspace. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The guest bathroom also features a walk-in shower.

Outside, you have plenty of space to lounge by the pool and soak in the rays. This home has it all for a beach vacation.

Great time with extended family!

We had a great visit to Hilton Head with Island Time rentals. We enjoyed the heated pool especially. The house was a little smaller than I expected but the outdoor spaces helped serve as an additional gathering space for our group. I would definitely recommend!

5 Stars!!!

Our first time using Island Time and we will definitely use again! Great place and the location was perfect! Quick drive to Harbor Town and outside of Sea Pines as well! The house has everything and nothing was needed except our groceries! Plates, silverware, cups/mugs, all the towels. It was nice and cozy and felt like home away from home! We joked about putting an offer in just to see if they would see we loved it that much!

Cute, cozy, and private getaway

Cute, cozy, and private getaway in Sea Pines! The newer renovations, private pool, backyard, and proximity to a walking path to the beach were wonderful. Clean and well-equipped with everything needed for our stay. Quiet community, but close to lots of things to do.
