504 Barrington Arms is a lovely three-bedroom, three-bathroom direct oceanfront condo on the fifth floor. Enjoy panoramic ocean views and updated furnishings and décor throughout. The dining area is adjacent to both the living room and the well-equipped kitchen.
The primary bedroom is off the dining area to the right. It has a king bed and private access to the balcony. On the left side of the bedroom, there is a sink with a mirror. The private bath features a walk-in shower and a second vanity with a sink.
On the left side of the villa, just past the kitchen, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has two twin beds with an ocean view. This bedroom uses a hall bathroom and features a walk-in shower. The other guest bedroom features a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring a combination tub/shower.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

This unit was was fabulous. When we arrived the unit was spotless. The view of the ocean cannot be beat. The kids loved the pool and how a majority of the pool is about 3 ft deep so they could touch easily. The hit tub said it was down for maintenance but was working during our stay. The walk to the beach is short, however, there are multiple steps and a large sand dune that needs crossed making very difficult to pull a beach wagon. We just improvised and carried our chairs but with smaller children it may be difficult. The beach was also not as crowded as other beaches and had multiple large tide pools which led to hours of enjoyment for the kids. The unit itself is well stocked with cookware that would be needed and had a well working washer, dryer and dishwasher. The only obstacle we encountered was on Friday the building fire alarm went off and we needed to evacuate but it was about 10am so not an issue. However, after the fire alarm the elevator stopped working and going up and down 5 flights of stairs was difficult, especially when trying to take all of our luggage down at the end of our stay. Everyone in our party was capable of using stairs so for us this was just a minor inconvenience but if your party has someone who is handicapped or unable to go up stairs that could make it difficult. Island time was very responsive and transparent with us about the elevator issues.Posted: 6/15/2025

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It is a perfect location with wonderful amenities. Very clean and spacious with an amazing view. The beds were very comfortable and the master shower was great. Island Time is also the best to book through, we had an issue with our property we had actually booked and got upgraded to this location. The condo was beautiful, well furnished and very comfortable! The starter package was a very nice touch and we liked the quality of the towels. The pool was heated, that was a plus and our weather couldn’t have been more perfect! Property setup was excellent! Ocean view from the room, 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, nicely equipped kitchen area, large dining table. Room with balcony overlooking the pool area, nicely maintained pool.
