My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Barrington Court 517 very much! The unit was super clean and exactly as described. Island Time was so helpful with any questions we had. Palmetto Dunes is the most private area of HHI. Couple that with the privacy and closeness to the beach of Barrington Court, and you get a great vacation experience. Thanks so much!!!

The unit was well appointed with all the things you need for a relaxing vacation. The property was clean and well maintained. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had is there is no storage in the kitchen for groceries and not much storage in the living room (all the wall cabinets had something in them already)

Is our favorite, we love the location, the beach access, how safe everything is, we have 0 complaints. The property is always well maintained and beautifully decorated. We don’t want to stay anywhere else.

This was our second time visiting this lovely condo and it was just as great as we remembered- clean, updated and well appointed condo on a beautiful property. It’s the perfect size for us, a family of 4 with two young children. You can’t beat the walk to the beach, the great pool and the Palmetto Dunes grounds. From the balcony you get a generous partial view of the ocean and the sound of crashing waves- we loved spending time out there too. Highly recommend 517 Barrington and working with Island Time!

The condo was perfect for our stay for two for a week in HHI. The beach access is immediately outside the building. The view from the balcony is of the ocean and you can hear the waves. The kitchen is more than well stocked, the bed is comfortable, and the washer/dryer in the unit is extremely convenient. The condo is clean and well kept.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head at 517 Barrington Court. It was a quick walk to the beach and ideal location for getting around the island. The rental was perfect for two people. The only suggestion would be to upgrade the shower head. We would recommend this property to family and friends and look forward to our next visit in Hilton Head.

Loved the beach reads that were provided. I grabbed a good one and read it during my stay. Island time was wonderful in checking in. Only downside was there was 1 elevator and it broke. The kitchen was very well appointed- we were really impressed with everything they thought of. The almost-full ocean view from the large balcony was great. The pool is quite large and the patio area is also nice and clean. Palmetto Dunes itself is impeccable. You’re very close to the grocery store, Starbucks, gas station, etc. when you’re staying at Palmetto so running out is easy. 10/10 recommend this property and using Island Time. This is our second time booking through them and they’re honestly the best rental company I’ve worked with on HHI.

We loved staying at Barrington Court and have only glowing things to say about it. The unit is clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is so well appointed; we were impressed with everything they had. The almost-full ocean view from the large balcony is awesome. The Barrington property is lovely too- great pool that was never busy, ample parking and super easy access to the beach with two boardwalks. Looking forward to staying again. This was our first time at this property but second time booking with Island Time. They are a top-notch rental company and think of everything- also very available if you have any questions/concerns. Thanks for a great vacation!

Our stay was perfect at this condo for a family vacation! Everything was organized and easy to access! Location was convenient to the beach, pool, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend!

There are so many great qualities about this condo, I’ll start from the beginning and try to not miss anything. Check in was easy, office was across from the main entrance. You come into Palmetto Dunes and everything was beautifully landscaped. People are riding their bikes, golfing, jogging, and playing tennis. There is security on site, made it feel really safe. The parking garage was clean and spots were easy to get in and out of. The beach access was right through the garage. The elevator takes you straight to the room, like literally you are the first door off the elevator. Garbage area was right around the corner. You enter the room and you are welcomed with a stunning condo, and inviting balcony. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you could possible want. The living room was very comfortable and spacious. The balcony is huge, you have a nice view of the water. The bedroom was large with a comfortable bed and nice pillows. It is a 1.5 bath which was very nice, you don’t see that often. Large shower and the half bath was a good size as well. Nice washer and dryer, upgraded fixtures, upgraded appliances, and custom cabinets. The property is just how it is pictured and simply amazing. We were very happy with our stay and plan on making this our yearly rental.
