This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa has amazing views of the ocean. The large balcony has a table, chairs, and sun loungers to soak up the view. The balcony can be accessed through the living room sliding doors and one of the bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and tub. Located off of the living room, the second bedroom has 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, and its own bathroom.
The kitchen is complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a full-size washer and dryer. There is plenty of room to eat, gather, and relax with the dining room table seating 6 and 3 high stool bars at the breakfast bar. The dining room flows right into the living room, with plenty of seating.
*Please be advised that Hampton Place will undergo exterior painting and window replacement from September 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. While the exact schedule for each building is not yet available, updates will be provided as timelines are finalized. The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

This is an excellent unit, pictures are very representative. Very clean, everything worked fine. Island Time was very responsive - there was an issue with the building elevator and they helped address it quickly with building management. Nice view from the balcony, and short walk to the pool and beach. I am mobility limited and the path to the beach involved no stairs and several places to stop and rest on the way; it was great. Overall a very nice experience for our family - this is the 2nd time we've stayed in this unit, highly recommended. The Palmetto Dunes resort is. the best on the island, I think, and we've been coming to HH for 40 years.Posted: 7/7/2025

Ideal location on the beach for beach walking and biking. Pool and hot tube well kept. Unit was very well equipped with new appliances, dinnerware and utensils. HVAC worked well. Bathroms great and storage for gear and clothes more than adequate. Deck overlkooking the ocean and beach had padded chairs and two tables. Newly and tastefully decorated. Ideal location on the beach. Bikes are great for riding the beach and getting around Palmetto Dunes. Unit was very well equipped with all kitchen needs, appliances and utensils. We were very pleased with this unit. Very clean and updated. We had all the comforts of home and a gorgeous view. I would also like to say that the $250 beach gear credit was fantastic . We were able to get 4 bicycles for our family. I also loved the high end appliances in the kitchen and we utilized the option to have food waiting in the fridge. What a great idea! Our stay here was nothing short of magical! The spacious and comfortable living space was perfect for our family, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. The views from the property were absolutely stunning, with breathtaking sights of the ocean and the beautifully landscaped surroundings. One of the highlights was the easy access to the pool and beach, making our days filled with sun and fun. The location is ideal, with proximity to lively nightlife, top-notch tennis courts, and Pickleball facilities. We also enjoyed biking to nearby restaurants, which offered a delightful range of cuisines. The miles of walking and biking paths were perfect for our morning jogs and evening strolls, providing a serene way to explore the island.
