We have rented condos at Hilton Head for years. This is by far our favorite. Island time is the best property management company we have ever dealt with. This property is clean, has an abundance of kitchen ware and Is decorated nicely without clutter.They have comfortable seating in front of the picture window which cannot be said for a lot of the hhi condos. Our stay was 16 nights and we have already made the decision that we will plan our next trip around available dates in this condo.

This is an excellent unit, pictures are very representative. Very clean, everything worked fine. Island Time was very responsive - there was an issue with the building elevator and they helped address it quickly with building management. Nice view from the balcony, and short walk to the pool and beach. I am mobility limited and the path to the beach involved no stairs and several places to stop and rest on the way; it was great. Overall a very nice experience for our family - this is the 2nd time we've stayed in this unit, highly recommended. The Palmetto Dunes resort is. the best on the island, I think, and we've been coming to HH for 40 years.

Ideal location on the beach for beach walking and biking. Pool and hot tube well kept. Unit was very well equipped with new appliances, dinnerware and utensils. HVAC worked well. Bathroms great and storage for gear and clothes more than adequate. Deck overlkooking the ocean and beach had padded chairs and two tables. Newly and tastefully decorated. Three TVs and comfy furniture. Parking under building with overflow outside. Elavator with handy trollys for luggage.

Ideal location on the beach. Bikes are great for riding the beach and getting around Palmetto Dunes. Unit was very well equipped with all kitchen needs, appliances and utensils. Bathrooms great as was storage for clothes, etc.Nice view of ocean and beach. Deck with chairs and table and pads for chairs were nice touch. Nice condo and decorated nicely.

We love the accommodations especially the ocean views from living room and both bedrooms. The amenities were good and the beach right at your feet. The appliances great. The bench right outside the front door was very useful. Will be back!!

Clean property both in and out of our condo. The elevator was a bit touchy during our stay-the only negative. We love Palmetto Dunes, the beach is spacious and less crowded then some other beaches on HHI.

Beautiful balcony with unusually good furnishings and high quality patio door (many rentals have bad ones). Pretty good beach/ocean view. ~500 steps from the Villa to the beach, maybe 200 to the pool. Nice pool area with both adult (lap) and general pools, a small hot tub, nice padded lounges, small gym.. Elevator very near unit. Beach access is an easy wooded ramp (vs other places with steep stairs). Furnishings are high quality. WIFI is 5G and about 300MB. Islandtime is very responsive mgmt company. 1K, 1Q, 1T beds. Shower/no tub in 2nd bedroom FYI. Not issues with villa at all.

Our stay here was nothing short of magical! The spacious and comfortable living space was perfect for our family, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. The views from the property were absolutely stunning, with breathtaking sights of the ocean and the beautifully landscaped surroundings. One of the highlights was the easy access to the pool and beach, making our days filled with sun and fun. The location is ideal, with proximity to lively nightlife, top-notch tennis courts, and Pickleball facilities. We also enjoyed biking to nearby restaurants, which offered a delightful range of cuisines. The miles of walking and biking paths were perfect for our morning jogs and evening strolls, providing a serene way to explore the island. It was incredibly family-friendly, offering a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. We can't wait to return!
