The property was very clean, nicely decorated, and elegant. It had a panoramic view of the pool area and ocean beyond. It absolutely lived up to the pictures and description posted online.

This is a very nice unit, updated throughout and well cleaned. Balcony Ocean view is awesome. Very nice grounds with great Pool and Deck areas. Helpful Hints: Run dishwasher and washing machine after showers are taken. Issues: Sliding glass doors need adjustment. Super hard to open. Doubt a 75 year old man or woman could open them. Also holes in window screens is an easy and inexpensive fix. Really should be part of a weekly or monthly inspection and repaired as needed. Ball Gear Rental for us was useless and was an $250 donation to IT. Island Time Issue: We had people enter our Unit twice unannounced. This is extremely disrespectful. Protocol should be to Knock, then wait 10 seconds before entering. If the Unit must be entered for any reason, the occupants should be notified and this should be arranged whenever possible. We do not know these people and this was very disturbing to us. Security for Unit renters should be a top consideration.

We loved everything about this property! Two couples stayed for the month of February. The spacious shared area of the living room, kitchen and dining area was comfortable for four of us. We never felt too confined. The views from both master suites and the living room were all we could hope for. The mid-island location was ideal for shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. This was the best property we have stayed at in our trips to Hilton Head Island! We highly recommend this condo!(A small hiccup of a switch kicking off on the electric panel was addressed within an hour by the management team. A more distressing situation was the fire alarm system going off twice in one evening with the HHI Fire Department coming to check a faulty system that has a tendency to happen now and again. Luckily, there were condo owners, long-term renters and a fireman outside to assure us of our safety.)

The pictures are very good but the site is better. Gorgeous condo with very upscale furniture and comfortable beds. Incredible views of the ocean from the decks. Very detailed kitchen. Liked that washer and dryer were in house. Only down side was the weather....oh well come back again for sure!

The property was very clean, even the trash chute was a pleasant experience. The palmetto dunes area offers just enough activities to keep the kids entertained. The Buggy service that takes you to shelter cove and through Palmetto dunes was a nice bonus that we were unaware of when booking. We loved this location so much, we’ll definitely be staying here again.

The condo looked great in the pictures but incredible when we got there. Great views of the ocean from the main room and both bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Comfortable sofas. The kitchen did not have any spices or staples except for sugar. There are several grocery stores to stock up. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, and dishes to cook all meals. Bathrooms were very clean and showers had great water pressure. A few games and books. Would stay here again.

Checkin personnel didn’t bother to give directions or a map to the condo. No directions in unit for operating TV/cable. Otherwise exactly as advertised. Comfortable furniture, great amenities, wonderful view. Could use cleaning under the furniture!

We loved this condo!! It was beautifully renovated and very clean when we arrived! Easy to get from parking to room and a short easy walk to the beach. The view from the balcony was amazing! Only complaint is there were not any blackout shades in the master. There was so much light that came in at night and in the morning. It was a great location on the island, close to everything. We really enjoyed this condo and would definitely stay in it again.

We cannot say enough about 5305 Hampton Place! This amazing condo exceeded our expectations. It’s so hard to gage photos, even videos but this surpassed our curiosity.
5305 was EXTREMELY clean and well maintained.
We had a tiny glitch with our air conditioner, which was an easy and inexpensive fix and property maintenance was there within a couple of hours of handle it. They also were in contact with the condo owner and he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with the minor repair.
We give 5305 Hampton Plave a 100 out of 10!!! We will definitely be back! Thank you to all that made our vacation perfect!

Been coming to HHI for 18 years, Hampton Place is always our 1st choice. Several of our Villa’s on the Island have been good but not great. 5306 Hampton by far has been the Best. Newly renovated and great attention to cleanliness, detail and decor. It’s the small things also like having more than 1 garbage bag, laundry detergent and clean towels that make a difference. Just rebooked for our next years vacation.

My daughter and I loved our condo. Very nicely decorated and updated. Appliances are thoroughly clean and up to date. It was wonderful to have a Keurig and have filtered water at the sink and the fridge. The two king size beds are a dream to sleep on and the sheets are nice too. I wish I could’ve taken the master bath shower with me - very open and no humidity in the bathroom either.
I highly recommend this condo.

I loved the updated condo and how clean it was. The balcony is very clean too and maintained, including the appliances. I didn’t like the noise level of the mower and gas powered tools early in the morning, but I can understand if it was more to scare off gators and snakes.

The property description was accurate, well maintained and clean upon arrival. Island Time was great to work with and very convenient to where we stayed. I would definitely recommend and stay in this property again. We rode bikes everyday and loved riding over to Shelter Cove. We are already trying to plan our return.

We loved our stay. The location is great, parking easy, easy access to the beach and pool, etc. The kitchen is super well stocked for a rental. And the bedding was all nice. It was a little hard to find the check in spot in the night. The dryer was not working when we were there but housekeeping did our laundry once which was helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Palmetto Dunes is a private gated resort community that is beautifully maintained. It has a small convenience store where you may rent bicycles or beach equipment while staying at the resort. The Hampton buildings and grounds are manicured and are extremely clean. There were minimal guests during our stay mid to late October, so the location was quiet. The buildings have elevator and assigned parking for some residences. Our home was beautifully decorated with fine linens, and the furniture very comfortable. We were a stones throw from the beach. The rental company was extremely attentive before and during the stay with whatever we needed. Prepare to purchase condiments outside of salt and pepper available. All other condiments had to be purchased, as well, such as foil, plastic wrap, and zip lock baggies. There was an amazing view of the ocean available from the living-room. When it was cool enough to leave the sliding doors open during some nights, we to listen to the ocean calling us. The bedrooms werde also beautifully decorated, with TV’s in each. Each bedroom had an angled view of the ocean when standing in front of the windows or sliding glass doors. When lying in bed, the View is of the next building across the way. Repositioning the furniture would give a full view of the ocean from each bedroom. The bedrooms and the deck overlook a beautiful courtyard with gorgeous landscaping and the pools. Swings are available to sit on near the ocean when you return from the beach and there is a private up-leveled deck near the ocean to sun on. There are two pools, outdoor barbecue grills, or outdoor showers to clean yourself off after a day at the beach. The residence has a Kureig coffee machine as well as a regular coffee machine. There are however, minimal dish, silverware, and towel choices. It was a beautiful home away from home for a week.

Condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated and location was perfect. Central to all HHI has to offer. View was stunning. Pools fantastic. Could easily get between condo, pool and beach. Elevator and garage are huge plus. Can't wait to return.

Our original vacation plans needed to be canceled last minute, and so with about a week before our planned time off we lucked into finding this gem! We were seriously grateful to find such a fantastic location so last minute. The location was perfect. The condo was clean and ready for our stay. The checkin process was easy and we had a great week at the beach - exactly what we wanted. I have no complaints.
