This beautiful 5th-row home in the desirable Sea Pines Plantation offers four bedrooms and another bonus room, three and a half bathrooms, and a great private backyard with a large pool.
Upon entry, you step into the two-story living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and views of your private backyard and pool area. This very spacious living room offers a comfortable sectional sofa as well as a wide-screen TV.
Just off the living room, you will find two cozy conversation areas. One area features four comfortable chairs and a low table, perfect for after-dinner cocktails or family game nights. The other area off the kitchen has two deep club chairs separated by a reading lamp, with a view of the kitchen or of the backyard. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee.
The updated kitchen offers white cabinets, quartz countertops, a large stainless refrigerator, two ovens, an electric cooktop, a high-powered microwave, a new dishwasher, and a farmhouse porcelain sink. New fixtures keep the kitchen bright and inviting. The center island seats three, while the large dining table seats eight. The kitchen is bright and spacious and a perfect gathering area for your entire family and friends.
Also on this floor is a brand new laundry room with new appliances, a large soaking sink, and a powder room.
Up eight steps leads you to the master suite bedroom. This master suite has a king bed, a large-screen TV, and looks over the pool area. There is a large, open master bath with a soaking tub, a separate stand-up shower, and double sinks.
After an additional seven steps, you will come to the main sleeping area, where you will find the remaining bedrooms in the house.
The first bedroom is a junior master suite featuring a king bed, a TV, and a private bath with a combination tub and shower.
The second bedroom has twin beds (which can be converted into a king-bed bedroom based on needs and family configuration), a large-screen TV, and a spacious closet.
A newly updated bathroom with a tub/shower combination connects this bedroom to a third bedroom.
a six-sided wall of windows overlooking the pool. This room holds two bunk beds, a comfortable chair, a dresser, and a large-screen TV.
A bonus room, also named by the owners “ the secret nook room”, located between the master suite and the sleeping area, offers its share of fun with a ladder leading to a secret reading space and bunk beds.
The relaxing pool area is located 4 steps down from the back deck, which is off the living room. There is a gas grill, a table with seating for ten, and a large umbrella that gives this bright and sunny pool deck a place to relax in the shade. Six reclining pool deck chairs sit around the very large kidney-shaped pool. The pool is 24x14.
The beach path is conveniently located just steps from the backyard, with a less than 2-minute walk to the beach.
Memorial Day through Labor Day, pool heat is included!
The pool can be heated the other months for an additional charge; give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

We stayed here for the week of 4th of July with 2 of our kids and their families. I can't say enough about this house. It was just perfect for us. The house has an open floor plan which was perfect for our group. The bedrooms were great. Plenty of towels for the bath and pool. The outside pool area was great for our grandchildren. The house is a very short walk to the beach! The bike path was right outside the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc... Everything about the house was great! We had so much room and the pool was wonderful. We were also only a 2 minute walk from the beach. This house has a perfect location adjacent to a path to the beach. A short walking distance to the beach bar and a two minute drive to the golf course. Kitchen was very well appointed and lacked nothing that we would need.
You can rely on the property description to be accurate, and the pictures do represent the interior and exterior of the. We had a group of 7 adults and one child (17 months). House was plenty big for our group. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals at the house. FYI, you’ll need to bring your own items such as salt/pepper/spices, cooking oil/spray, etc. Loved the pool area and close proximity to the beach (3 minute walk) on a nice paved pathway from the house to the beach. Property management company was very good and provided all the information we needed up front. We had no issues during our stay. Note the rental includes one (1) parking pass. We had two vehicles and were able to easily purchase a second pass in advance of our trip. Also, our rental included a beach credit that we used to rent a wagon, 6 beach chairs, and 2 umbrellas. This was a very nice touch. FYI, you’ll need to bring your own beach towels. Overall, great place that we’d happily revisit in the future.Posted: 9/8/2022

This house was perfect for our two families this week. It was clean and updated. The access to the beach was close and easy with the paved walkway. The communication with the app and emails was great. Check in and check out was easy. We would definitely stay here again!Posted: 7/18/2021

Beautiful house for entertaining and hanging out with the family. Seems like Inside of house was just redone and it is a great layout. Owner made slipping into vacation effortlessly as everything made available other than beach stuff. Highly recommend this house for one or two families. Great for kids since they can switch back and forth between beach and pool. House is in a great area in Sea Pines, beautiful part of the island.Posted: 7/5/2021
