57 North Sea Pines

House is in a great spot for Beach & Beach club in Sea Pines. Lovely sitting, dining, kitchen area as you enter the home. Nicely upgraded kitchen with plenty dishes, glasses, etc. The downfall to this home is the sleeping arrangements in the bedrooms. Lovely large Master Bedroom with beautiful shower/bath, vanity. Now, the other bedrooms are a lot to be desired. We were 4 Adults and 3 children, one of the children is 14 & 6' Tall, so class as an Adult too. We were struggling to have enough closet, drawers in the 3 other bedrooms. The Twin room had no Chest of Drawers for clothes and a tight squeeze to get into the very small closet. My grandson slept in one of those single beds and by morning time, the bed had moved across the room, it was on wheels and would not lock, need renewed for sure. The bedroom with the two set of bunks, my other grandson slept in one of the lower bunk bed but certainly would not have been safe to put any of other grandchildren on the top bunks, please make sure you do not have 12 Adults as advertises, Sleeps 12! The other concern, is the parking of Cars in the driveway, very dangerous, only 2 Cars can comfortably park in driveway and either reverse onto the busy road & cycle path to get out or reverse going in, either one is dangerous to do. Rental company advises me that it can park 4 Cars, the answer from them is 2 in the Garage and 2 in the driveway. No fob to automatically open the garage, so while you wait on the main road, so someone can go into the house to go to the garage to open the garage door! Lovely house but certainly does not Sleep 12 Comfortably.

Location was perfect. Close to the beach and bike distance to most things. Having the pool heater is highly recommend this time of year, March. Although, get expensive to do that. Price gouge for sure. The property was mostly kept up. There was an old table in the lawn that was broken, someone said they were coming to get it but no one did. We stayed here for the week of 4th of July with 2 of our kids and their families. I can't say enough about this house. It was just perfect for us. The house has an open floor plan which was perfect for our group. The bedrooms were great. Plenty of towels for the bath and pool. The outside pool area was great for our grandchildren. The house is a very short walk to the beach! The bike path was right outside the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc... Honestly, it was just a perfect week in a perfect house. Already hoping to stay here again soon!

Everything about the house was great! We had so much room and the pool was wonderful. We were also only a 2 minute walk from the beach. One thing we didn’t know we needed, but was a great add- on were the refrigerators in the garage. With so many people, the extra space was nice to have!

The size and layout of the house was perfect for our family (and bunk bed enthusiasts). The only communicated issue was related to cleanliness of the pool area, windows, garage, and a cabinet or two. The ice did not dispense from the fridge, and having a standalone ice machine would have been a welcomed amenity. All around, it was a fantastic experience and we are excited to plan a return visit!

Was a large open floorplan house with plenty of bedrooms for 3 families. Loved the pool and short walk down the path to the beach. Within SeaPines which allowed us easy bike riding to the lighthouse or restaurants.

The home was in terrific condition and centrally located to many things we like to do including Celebration Park and Harbor Town. 2 min drive to Sea Pines Resort for food and golf as well. Plenty of space for our family of 5 to be together or find some be away from the family. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware and the pool was a bit with the kids.

This house was great for our group of 10. Kids loved the “secret room” with bunks and we had plenty of space. Kitchen was well-supplied and the starting toiletries kits were nice to have. What a wonderful home! This was the perfect location for a family vacation- lots of space for kids and adults. Every time we had a question or concern, management either answered or came by to make sure we were happy. Definitely would recommend! It was especially nice that we didn't have to get in the car or even cross any streets to get to the beach.

We had a group of 7 adults and one child (17 months). House was plenty big for our group. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals at the house. FYI, you’ll need to bring your own items such as salt/pepper/spices, cooking oil/spray, etc. Loved the pool area and close proximity to the beach (3 minute walk) on a nice paved pathway from the house to the beach. Property management company was very good and provided all the information we needed up front. We had no issues during our stay. Note the rental includes one (1) parking pass. We had two vehicles and were able to easily purchase a second pass in advance of our trip. Also, our rental included a beach credit that we used to rent a wagon, 6 beach chairs, and 2 umbrellas. This was a very nice touch. FYI, you’ll need to bring your own beach towels. Overall, great place that we’d happily revisit in the future.

We had so much room to spread out, plenty of beds for everyone. The kitchen was great for us to cook meals for the family. The livingroom is big enough we had family game nights and didn't feel crowded at all. The pool seemed to always be in use with plenty of room for all of us, great lounge chairs poolside too. The outdoor seating was great for dinners and easily accommodated our family. The easy beach access made an easy walk to the beach, the beach chairs and cart were a nice touch. The location in sea pines was perfect for bike riding to South Beach, Harbour Town and Coligny. I would love to make this our yearly vacation rental. You won't be disappointed.

I've been vacationing for 11 yrs and some years multiple times, this was my favorite vacation rental. We had so much room to spread out, plenty of beds for everyone. The kitchen was great for us to cook meals for the family. The livingroom is big enough we had family game nights and didn't feel crowded at all. The pool seemed to always be in use with plenty of room for all of us, great lounge chairs poolside too. The outdoor seating was great for dinners and easily accommodated our family. The easy beach access made an easy walk to the beach, the beach chairs and cart were a nice touch. The location in sea pines was perfect for bike riding to South Beach, Harbour Town and Coligny. I would love to make this our yearly vacation rental. You won't be disappointed.

Everyone loved the house and enjoyed the stay. Very spacious with ample common area space and seating for big groups. Great layout all around, easy walk to the beach, clean and comfortable.

The house was in a perfect location right next to a path leading to the beach and easy access by bike to all locations. The house was clean and provided a lot of space for 3 families. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

This house was perfect for our two families this week. It was clean and updated. The access to the beach was close and easy with the paved walkway. The communication with the app and emails was great. Check in and check out was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house for entertaining and hanging out with the family. Seems like Inside of house was just redone and it is a great layout. Owner made slipping into vacation effortlessly as everything made available other than beach stuff. Highly recommend this house for one or two families. Great for kids since they can switch back and forth between beach and pool. House is in a great area in Sea Pines, beautiful part of the island.
