As you ascend the stairs to the main level of the home, you are immediately greeted with an open floor plan and serene coastal colors. This stunning kitchen features a gorgeous island with four barstools, stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and everything you will need to prepare award-winning family meals. The living area features a comfortable white leather sectional sofa as well as additional club chairs for more seating. A large flatscreen smart TV can be seen from the living area or dining room. Just off the living area, you’ll find a private balcony with seating overlooking the lagoon.

Each bedroom, as well as the main living area and the pool area, has a flat-screen TV. The first of six bedrooms is featured on this level. The room features a king bed and access to a hall bathroom that is beautifully tiled with a walk-in shower.

The second level of this home contains three bedrooms. The master suite features a king bed, a private balcony overlooking the lagoon, and an amazing bathroom with two vanities and a large walk-in shower with ornate tile work. This level also features two guest rooms. The first room features a queen bed, and the second bedroom features two queen beds. These rooms share access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The laundry facility is located on the second level.

The third level of this home is perfect for added privacy. The open bedroom features a queen bed as well as two sets of twin bunks, a Wii, a DVD player, an air hockey table, and all sorts of books. This level also features a private room with two queen beds and a full-size daybed with a trundle. This level has a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The exterior of the home is just as impressive as the interior. There is a shaded private pool, perfect for cooling off after a long day at the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head. The pool can be heated in the non-summer months for an additional fee. The pool deck also features lounge seating, a dining set, a flat-screen TV, and a gas grill.
