Step inside this two-story home to find Brazilian cherry hardwood floors extending throughout the main level. The layout includes two separate living areas, ensuring plenty of space for relaxation. The first living area, located to the right as you enter, features a sleeper sofa accommodating two guests. The second living area, situated toward the back of the home, offers beautiful views of the private deck and pool.
Dining options abound, with a dining table for six located adjacent to the second living room and another dining table, seating eight, situated in the open-plan kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cherry cabinets, and additional seating at the island. Conveniently located off the kitchen are a full bathroom, a laundry room, and access to the two-car garage.
Step outside to the serene private deck, where you'll find a pool and spa overlooking a peaceful wooded landscape. With ample seating and an outdoor dining table for six, this is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.
The first-floor primary bedroom, located down the entrance hallway, is a luxurious retreat with a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and standalone tub.
Upstairs, the remaining bedrooms provide plenty of space and comfort. Bedroom two is a spacious bunk room with two sets of bunk beds—one full-over-full and one twin-over-full—as well as two standalone full beds, making it a dream space for kids and families. This room also includes a TV for entertainment.
Next to the bunk room, bedroom three offers a king bed, TV, and a large closet. It connects to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a separate sink area, which is shared with the bunk room.
Bedroom four is a private retreat featuring a queen bed, TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property

The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

House was exactly as described online and located in a great community with plenty of activities to do such as tennis, pickle ball, water activities. We loved the house. It was very comfortable for three families. The kids were all able to be together in the bunk room and had their own private space. The adults were very comfortable, too. Great location on a nice, quiet street. Short walk to the beach and the beach is not crowded at this location in Sea Pines, unlike other locations. We walked to check out the sunset every night! House is in a fantastic location. It is a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Sea Pines is beautiful and has so many things to do.
