The Carolina room has a LED television mounted in the corner, perfect for viewing from the sofa, which is a sleeper sofa and can be accessed from the living area and from the queen bedroom. The twin room and queen room share a bathroom. Soak in the skylight, which can also be accessed from the living area. The primary suite is on one side of the house, with a private bath and easy access to the laundry. The twin room and queen room are on the other side of the house and share a bathroom.
Outside, there is a large deck with a split level and plenty of privacy.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was absolutely perfect. It was so clean, beautiful inside and out. Very easy access to the beach which we rode our bikes to only a 10 minute bike ride. and the dogs had such a great time going for walks on the beautiful bike path to the beach. The house was fully stocked with everything we could ever ask for. It was the perfect size for my family and our pups. We had a fantastic week-long stay! The entire house is beautifully renovated and located in a family friendly community. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen (thank you for providing quality pots and pans!), comfy beds, and the community pool and play area. The place is clean and organized! But, if you are looking to walk to the beach then this wouldn't be the spot to vacation. I just thought the property was closer to the beach. Beautiful updated home in the perfect location. Property had all the amenities and comfort of your own home. Walking distance to the beach, golf, restaurants and bars! Our stay was AMAZING! We will definitely be back. I was worried about the size of the home thinking it would not be big enough for the 6 of us adults. It was just enough. The lay out of the home allowed everyone to have their own space but come together for meals and evening get togethers. Coming from VA it was nice that it had beach chairs, cooler, and towels for us to use. One less thing to have to pack. The neighborhood had lots to do. Took the family (two kids 9 and 6) for a summer trip to HH. I've stayed in several places in Hilton Head (including parents condo in Sea Pines) and this was by far the nicest. Everything has been redone in this home, including the bathrooms, flooring, kitchen, etc. A great quiet location in a residential neighborhood that's a short drive or bike ride to most everything. The house was very well stocked with dishwasher pods, clothes washing pods, etc. Community pool is a short bike ride away. Family and I had a great vacation and really enjoyed this home. This was our first time to visit HH and didn’t know what to expect. This house is in a central location between the beach club and the Harbor Town area of Sea Pines. Our kids loved riding their bikes on the quiet dead end street. The pool is only a three minute bike ride away. The house was immaculate with all new furnishings. The completely remodeled kitchen was a joy to cook in and there wasn't a single thing we needed that wasn't provided. I personally loved the Keurig for my morning coffee. All rooms had smart TV's with Netflix which our kids enjoyed when it rained. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys and a roller cart were also provided. You don't see this with other rentals. Our kids also enjoyed the community pool which was clean and the perfect size. This house is on a very quiet street in Greenwood Forrest. It doesn't have a backyard, but does have a back deck with dedicated gas grill. The most impressive part of the rental, however, was the service you receive from Beverly, Darlene and the rest of the staff. We shipped our golf clubs to their office and they had them personally delivered. I also forgot to send something for work, and they personally scanned it and took care of it for me. Superior service is an understatement. We highly recommend 7 Hollyberry Lane and Beverly Serral signature rentals!Posted: 7/13/2016

This property was the best vacation home we have ever encountered! Not only was it clean, comfortable, bright and well stocked with everything imaginable the customer service was equivalent to having a private concierge! The added extra of a gas range made cooking a pleasure.....
