This stunningly decorated 2-bedroom villa is just steps away from Harbourtown. The open-concept living space offers breathtaking views of the Calibogue Sound. Walking in on the first level, you are met with a spacious living room with comfy couches. Open to the living room is the dining area, which has an adjacent bar cart and seats six comfortably at the table and two at the bar. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal for the family. Right under the staircase is a powder room.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a balcony to take in the Calibogue Sound. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The guest bathroom has a king bedroom with an ensuite featuring a combination tub and shower.
Heading outside, take a seat on the patio and enjoy the views. Also just steps away in Harbour Town is the all-new Quarterdeck, the best dining venue to enjoy Hilton Head Island's fabulous sunsets. Located next to the iconic lighthouse, the restaurant features a bar and dining area on the first floor and a rooftop oyster bar with 270-degree views of Harbour Town and Calibogue Sound. It also places you in the perfect spot to enjoy Hilton Head Island's icon, Gregg Russell's, concerts.
Notice: The building at 729 Schooner Court will undergo roof, gutter, and HVAC replacement from October 6, 2025, through December 8, 2025. Construction noise may occur Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 6 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM, weather permitting. No noisy work will begin before 8 AM.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

This was a great property in a location that was easily walkable to restaurants and shops. The view from the back of the place was amazing and one of the main reasons why we chose this property. Beautiful spot right in Harbour Town that was perfect for our family of four (two kids under 7). Directly across from the Harbour Town playground and a two minute walk from the lighthouse and great restaurants. Parking and access to the condo was easy.

The management company, Island Time, moved us to 729 Schooner Court after our initial rented condo proved to be a problem due to loud construction work. 729 Schooner is a lovely condo in a great location with a beautiful water view. Dolphins swam by on a daily basis and one evening 3 does wandered by. The condo was clean, beautifully furnished, and the A/C worked well upstairs. I highly recommend this condo.Posted: 5/2/2023
