729 Schooner Court

Our stay with island time at Hilton Head was great! After a year of heartache and life changes this was much needed rest and recovery for our little family. The vacation condo/villa was as pictured. It was beautiful, clean and centrally located in Harbour Town. This dog friendly unit had plenty of green space as well. It’s quiet and within walking distance of all the amenities of Harbour Town. The unit is stocked with bath towels and toiletries as well as trash bags, dishwasher and laundry pods. There is a combined coffee maker and keureg. Our dog also had a welcome gift. Brenda and Sue with Island Time are extremely helpful and the maintenance young lady sent to check our fridge was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Easy check in/out. Our view from back patio was beautiful and outdoor furniture comfortable. We had breakfast outside and relaxed each morning and evening there. I would highly recommend this for any small family.

After a life changing year this rental was exactly what we were needing and hoping for. The villa was as pictured. It was beautiful inside and out. The patio and furniture were perfect for our morning breakfast and coffee. The water view was beautiful and welcoming. The green area was also perfect for our dog. She was right at home. She even had a gift from our host upon arrival. The villa is in Harbour town and everything from dinner, to ice cream, coffee etc… is within walking distance which is such a perk. Our family would highly recommend this villa to any family with or without a pet. Wonderful vacation villa for our little family. Highly recommend this vacation villa. Just simply amazing.

I had an incredible stay at this beautifully appointed villa. Everything was spotless, thoughtfully furnished, and designed for comfort, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Harbour Town with easy access to everything, yet peaceful enough to fully unwind. The views of Calibogue Sound were absolutely stunning and made every morning and evening feel special. Overall, this villa exceeded expectations in every way. I would absolutely rent it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect Hilton Head getaway.

We enjoyed our stay at 729 Schooner Court. The views of the Calibogue Sound was amazing, especially from the 2nd floor master bedroom. Clean for pet friendly, plenty of kitchen supplies. Beds comfortable and place updated. Only negative would be the front door is right on busy Lighthouse Road. Lots of foot and car traffic going by only a few feet from front door. The back patio was serene however

The place has been painstakingly renovated and looks like a model home. Well done! The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms as well. The view of the Calibogue Sound water in the back is lovely. Even tho Harbor Town is busy, there is also a lot to do within steps of the unit.

Beautiful spot right in Harbour Town that was perfect for our family of four (two kids under 7). Directly across from the Harbour Town playground and a two minute walk from the lighthouse and great restaurants. Parking and access to the condo was easy.
The Island Time team was very helpful and responsive from the moment we made our reservation right through our departure. Would certainly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was adorable. Very clean, well decorated and updated. The beds were very comfortable. The only 2 improvements that I would suggest would be to add a full length mirror somewhere in the unit and a gas grill. The rental agency was extremely attentive, probably the best customer service that I’ve received from an agency in the 30+ years that I’ve been coming down here. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place!!
