I had an incredible stay at this beautifully appointed villa. Everything was spotless, thoughtfully furnished, and designed for comfort, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Harbour Town with easy access to everything, yet peaceful enough to fully unwind. The views of Calibogue Sound were absolutely stunning and made every morning and evening feel special. Overall, this villa exceeded expectations in every way. I would absolutely rent it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect Hilton Head getaway.

This is a second year staying at this location and we love it! Perfect location and the property manager was great! Overall very clean, but carpets are getting a little old upstairs.

We enjoyed our stay at 729 Schooner Court. The views of the Calibogue Sound was amazing, especially from the 2nd floor master bedroom. Clean for pet friendly, plenty of kitchen supplies. Beds comfortable and place updated. Only negative would be the front door is right on busy Lighthouse Road. Lots of foot and car traffic going by only a few feet from front door. The back patio was serene however

This was a great property in a location that was easily walkable to restaurants and shops. The view from the back of the place was amazing and one of the main reasons why we chose this property. Everything was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Island Time rental company was great to with. Would definitely stay here again.

what a beautiful place. we enjoyed the location and the ocean view. we we able to see dolphins each day and just enjoy the peaceful surroundings. our hosts were very friendly checking in with us throughout the week to see if we needed anything. we are looking forward to planning a return trip soon

This was a wonderful place and very convenient to Harbourtown and all the restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed the pretty views looking out over the Calibogue Sound. The villa was well stocked with everything you need and was very well decorated. We would definitely rent this unit again.

The place has been painstakingly renovated and looks like a model home. Well done! The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms as well. The view of the Calibogue Sound water in the back is lovely. Even tho Harbor Town is busy, there is also a lot to do within steps of the unit.

The home is located in a great area of Sea Pines. Home was beautiful and well appointed - just as shown. Internet/cable was spotty. Overall loved this home.

Beautiful spot right in Harbour Town that was perfect for our family of four (two kids under 7). Directly across from the Harbour Town playground and a two minute walk from the lighthouse and great restaurants. Parking and access to the condo was easy.
The Island Time team was very helpful and responsive from the moment we made our reservation right through our departure. Would certainly recommend.

The only 2 improvements that I would suggest would be to add a full length mirror somewhere in the unit and a gas grill. The rental agency was extremely attentive, probably the best customer service that I’ve received from an agency in the 30+ years that I’ve been coming down here. It was updated, clean, quiet, and complete with a wide array of kitchen supplies to make eating in very easy and convenient, along with other amenities and convenient parking. There is a lot to do in the area within walking distance or only short drives away. We would definitely stay there again. Island Time Hilton Head is great to work with. They make the process very easy. They are thorough, response and accommodating. We would book with them again.
