767 Queens Grant

I gave the general condition a 4 because of the construction noise from 8 -5 daily. They were replacing boards on the units in the area that we were staying in. It was mildly annoying and limited parking. Shower was warm enough, but not exactly hot. The villa was well maintained and very clean. We stayed for 5 weeks. Kitchen has the basics and since we were staying so long I brought a few things from home that I am picky about for cooking. Bed was ok but had a plastic cover that crackled and bunched up a lot. Location is great. There was a grassy area easily accessible for the dogs. The bike path is near by. We travel with two standard poodles so it was great for the three walks a day. Ocean is less than a mile away and we walked there often. Lots of other dogs in the area and people are really good about cleaning up after them. There are a few doggy stations for bags and drop off. Alexander’s is a short walk and the food was delicious. General store is also a convenient walk. We biked a lot. Shelter cove is near by with shopping and Kroger. Very convenient. The French Bakery was excellent for breakfast. We ate at several of the restaurants and they were all very good. Shelter Cove has live music on Thursday evenings and a Farmers Market on Saturday. There is so much to do in the general area. We had a great time and I would recommend staying here.

The unit is clean and well positioned on the island. You can walk to the beach ~:10-15 or there are two parking lots you can use. Everything worked great and we would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Queens Grant. The location was perfect and the unit was as described. It was clean and we loved having a private patio and gas grill. Island Time was very good with communication before and during our vacation.

We had a wonderful time at this home ! Enjoyed the cleanliness and coziness of the house. Location was the perfect combination of private, close to the beach and close to local amenities like grocery store and restaurant. Lots of pools in the community however we didn’t get to try them, looked like they were in need of upgrades/maintenance. Spent lots of time at the beautiful beaches instead which were very convenient to get to and not crowded at all!

The unit was a stand-alone building which was great because we had a small puppy with us. We were worried about bothering neighbors if the dog made noise. Not a problem. The place was perfect: felt like being home. Also, one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on.

We had such a wonderful time staying here! The condo was very clean, updated, and felt like home. We loved walking the dogs to the beach and enjoyed all the activities palmetto dunes has! We will definitely come back!
