Designed to host up to 12 guests, Beaches and Bunkers features five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, and a half bath. Thoughtfully curated indoor and outdoor living spaces make it perfect for both relaxing escapes and unforgettable golf and family gatherings.
As you arrive, the first thing you'll notice is the private pool and spa located at the front of the home. This stylish and welcoming space is surrounded by lush landscaping, providing a private oasis to enjoy the sunshine before even stepping inside.
Inside, you're greeted by a bright, open floor plan that effortlessly connects the main living areas. The living and family rooms each offer ample plush seating, smart TVs, and serene views of the 18th hole fairway just beyond the wall to wall sliding doors. A half bathroom is conveniently located off the living room. The adjacent kitchen to the family room is both stylish and functional, featuring everything you need to entertain, including a gas range and generous space for gathering around both the bar island and eat-in kitchen table overlooking the pool courtyard. Connected to the kitchen and family room in this open concept space is an additional dining room, offer multiple spots to share meals and morning coffee overlooking the pool and golf course.
Tucked privately in its own wing on the main level, the spacious primary suite is a true retreat with a king-sized bed, an office space, and wall-to-wall windows overlooking the fairway. The en-suite bathroom includes a soaking tub, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and direct access to the pool area, blending indoor comfort with outdoor relaxation. Also on the main level are two queen bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower and patio.
Upstairs, guests will find two additional bedrooms. One bedroom features two twin beds (which can be converted into a king-bed bedroom based on needs and family configuration) with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower. The final bedroom includes two queen beds along with an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination.
For added entertainment, the garage has been transformed into a game room featuring two arcade machines, a ping pong table, foosball, and a brand-new mini-split system for year-round comfort.
While the pool and spa are at the front of the home, the backyard offers a completely different kind of outdoor experience. With a serene lagoon view, plenty of comfortable seating, and a grill for outdoor cooking, it's the perfect space for laid-back evenings, group meals, and enjoying the Lowcountry atmosphere.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property

The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

Loved this house and loved the location for our family summer vacation. We had 12 people including parents, grandparents, adult children and grandchildren and everyone had plenty of room and privacy in this home with its 5 bedrooms and on-suite bathrooms and of course, plenty of gathering space. The kitchen was very well-appointed which made preparing a few family meals at home easy and convenient! We all loved having a private pool and hot tub to enjoy as well as the beautiful view by the waterway and golf course. Even the beach was just a short 5 minute walk. Our family has a tradition of vacationing in Sea Pines as the grandkids have been growing up... and this year was our 7th in a row. This was our first stay at 8 Beach Lagoon, an excellent match for our extended family. The location is excellent... a short walk to the beach, part of which is over a pedestrian bridge so the grandkids can look out for wildlife. The street & neighborhood is quiet and off the main road... but convenient to all amenities, restaurants, etc. The backyard is nicely appointed with lots of outside furniture and a large table while overlooking a lagoon and the 18th fairway of the Atlantic Dunes golf course. The inside of the house does not disappoint... all on one story except for two bedrooms on the second floor (one with 2 twin beds that can be converted into a king)... something we appreciated when bringing in groceries, etc. The furnishing are up to date as is the spacious kitchen which is open to the large family area. The garage area has been converted to a game room which is a great bonus for the grandkids after a day at the beach... or using the pool/spa located as you approach the front of the house. To have my entire family plus two special guests all together made it the best family vacation we've ever had. There were too many of us to try to go out to dinner, so, except for a few hours on Wednesday to check out some places in small groups, we were always at the house or on the beach as a group. My kids (all in their mid-forties) made rearrangements in the sleeping, and I was in bedroom three by myself. In the bathroom there were a few hairs on the floor, and the fitted sheet came off the mattress every night. My kids complained that the beds were too hard. Otherwise it was a great house.The games in the garage were the best of any place we've ever stayed. My grandsons and the boy from France spent hours in there playing the games.Thanks for everything. Excellent property, very spacious and plenty of room for our family vacation. Every bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The house is well stocked, easy 5 minute (or less) walk to the beach, and great views of the golf course. We (family of 6) had a wonderful stay at Beach & Bunkers! This house is beautifully equipped and nicely laid out. B&B is in a wonderful location within Sea Pines, on a quiet street, with a very easy walk to the beach. There are private bathrooms within each bedroom and the beds and furniture are inviting and comfortable. The pool/spa is well maintained and was so nice to have during nap time for our little. Linda and Jay were awesome. The information sent prior and during the trip was thorough, timely and appreciated. They were immediate to respond to questions and very helpful. Very elegant home with plenty of space to spread out. We loved the back yard view of the lagoon and golf course. Master bedroom very large with office and large bath. Shower pressure great in all the rooms and TVs in every room. Surround sound and great picture was nice for the Super Bowl. Property Managers are great. They sent us little videos to show how to operate things on the house and were quick to answer any questions. Also left us some nice goodies for our arrival.
