As you arrive, the first thing you'll notice is the private pool and spa located at the front of the home. This stylish and welcoming space is surrounded by lush landscaping, providing a private oasis to enjoy the sunshine before even stepping inside.
Inside, you're greeted by a bright, open floor plan that effortlessly connects the main living areas. The living and family rooms each offer ample plush seating, smart TVs, and serene views of the 18th hole fairway just beyond the wall to wall sliding doors. A half bathroom is conveniently located off the living room. The adjacent kitchen to the family room is both stylish and functional, featuring everything you need to entertain, including a gas range and generous space for gathering around both the bar island and eat-in kitchen table overlooking the pool courtyard. Connected to the kitchen and family room in this open concept space is an additional dining room, offer multiple spots to share meals and morning coffee overlooking the pool and golf course.
Tucked privately in its own wing on the main level, the spacious primary suite is a true retreat with a king-sized bed, an office space, and wall-to-wall windows overlooking the fairway. The en-suite bathroom includes a soaking tub, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and direct access to the pool area, blending indoor comfort with outdoor relaxation. Also on the main level are two queen bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower and patio.
Upstairs, guests will find two additional bedrooms. One bedroom features two twin beds (which can be converted into a king-bed bedroom based on needs and family configuration) with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower. The final bedroom includes two queen beds along with an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination.
For added entertainment, the garage has been transformed into a game room featuring two arcade machines, a ping pong table, foosball, and a brand-new mini-split system for year-round comfort.
While the pool and spa are at the front of the home, the backyard offers a completely different kind of outdoor experience. The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:
Phase I:
- Complete - Contractor mobilizes in August 2025
- Complete - Weeks of August 13, 2025 thru September 12, 2025 - Fish Haul area
- Complete - Weeks of September 18, 2025 thru October 10, 2025 - Pine Island
- Complete - Weeks of October 11, 2025 thru October 17, 2025 - Port Royal (The Heel)
Phase II:
- Weeks of December 11, 2025 thru March 28, 2026 - Central Island, including beach areas along Palmetto Dunes
- Weeks of March 28, 2026 thru May 31, 2026 - South Island and South Beach areas.
Phase III:
- Weeks of November 1, 2025 thru April 30, 2026 - Pine Island Breakwater Structures
During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
- Fish Haul Creek — 2,130 feet
- Pine Island — 5,280 feet
- Port Royal / The Heel — 5,280 feet
- Central Island (including Palmetto Dunes) — 28,860 feet
- South Beach / South Island — 10,230 feet
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

- Construction noise will primarily involve bulldozers shaping the sand as it is deposited.
- Disruptions at individual properties generally last about three or four days as the renourishment operation progresses.
- Adjacent property owners, or renters, may experience short-term minor inconveniences.
