Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

8110 Wendover Dunes is a stunning beach themed oceanside villa with an open plan for the kitchen a living room. The perfect place for a family getaway with three bedrooms and bathrooms, making plenty of space for a comfortable stay and a short walk to the beach.

The kitchen is large and beautiful with its custom cabinetry, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Being fully-stocked, you'll have ample equipment and space to create the perfect family meal if you so choose. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, with seating for six. This is in addition to seating for four at the kitchen bar.

The living room is expansive and features beach contemporary furniture, a TV and access to the large screened-in porch, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The entire villa has been painted, furnished and updated with the beach in mind, very light and bright!

The Primary Bedroom is its own suite with king bed, HDTV, access to the screened in porch and of course its own en-suite bathroom. The Primary bathroom has a custom double vanity and large walk in custom-tiled shower. The Second Primary Bedroom also has a King bed, private porch access and a large, updated bathroom. This bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. The third bedroom contains two XL Double beds and an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom has a quartz vanity and tiled tub and shower combination.

Outside you'll be able to enjoy your large wrap-around screened-in balcony with a large dining table and different seating options. The Wendover Dunes grounds contain a pool and spa, which are heated seasonally.

The beach will be a short walk from Wendover Dunes, as it sits on the beachside of the road!

Fantastic Condo

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The condo is beautiful and a great setup for a family. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning drinking our coffee in generous sized mugs. The porch furniture was absolutely beautiful. Access to the beach was very convenient and the beach area was not overly crowded. Additionally, the community was welcoming and quiet. Overall, the condo was well outfitted with the necessary amenities, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful stay with kids

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing day with island time! We can’t wait to come back. We traveled with two small children and stayed in a three bedroom, three bath villa, which was perfect for our family. The staff at island time was welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. They offered us an early day check in which we were able to take advantage of and I think made the trip even better! The rental was clean and well kept, could probably use a deep cleaning from spiderwebs, etc. but overall we had no complaints. The kitchen was well stocked, but could use some larger coffee mugs and possibly to go cups for walks or the beach. Our children were comfortable as were we and we appreciated The staff checking in on us throughout our stay. One thing to note, our rental was on the second floor, and we did receive word from the downstairs neighbors that our footsteps and children were very loud, even during non-quiet time hours. Wonderful stay with kids

We had an amazing day with island time! We can’t wait to come back. We traveled with two small children and stayed in a three bedroom, three bath villa, which was perfect for our family. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious and perfect for our family- bigger than we anticipated! All of the basic amenities were provided. The host communicated proactively and clearly. Such a short walk to the pool and about 5 minute walk from the beach. It is a second level condo, so keep that in mind with packing as well as the noise level with someone below. We plan to stay again. We loved our time here and were sad to leave!

Amazing stay!

This three bedroom villa has been completely renovated and is absolutely beautiful. The space is very open and spacious, including all the bathrooms and closets. There is plenty of room to relax, and the updates really make the space feel bright and inviting. It also has a lovely screened porch that provides another area to enjoy and spend time with family and friends. I would definitely recommend renting this amazing villa.
