Description

Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

9 Armada is a gorgeous second row home directly on the beach path in Palmetto Dunes Resort. This spacious 6,800 square foot home is perfect for entertaining, dining, reading, or relaxing!

The kitchen features granite counters, two sinks, two dishwashers, a warming drawer, a wine cooler, and bar seating. The kitchen opens to the dining area and great room, which have beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, and a mounted HDTV with surround sound. French doors lead from the great room to the furnished, covered outdoor area. Cook alfresco in the summer kitchen with the perfect backdrop of the pool and spa.

On the main floor are the media room, bar, and sunroom. The bar entrance is truly unique, with a barrel-vaulted walkway off the entry fully equipped with a refrigerator, sink, icemaker, and half bath. The adjacent sunroom is quaint and personal, perfect for quiet reading, game time, or puzzles.

Several steps up from the great room are a row of three guest bedrooms. Two of the guest rooms feature two queen beds in each room. Bedroom three has two double beds, with a twin pull-out trundle underneath. All three of these bedrooms have closets, flat-screen TVs, and private Scandinavian marble baths.

The second floor features three king suites. All three suites have spa-like master baths finished in Tuscan marble, large walk-in showers with rain shower features, and jet air bathtubs. The ocean can be seen from the two bedrooms located on the front side of the house.

9 Armada has incredible outdoor living space; the saltwater pool is chlorine-free and includes a spa; there are plenty of chaise lounges and deck chairs.

- The pool and spa can be heated for an additional charge, give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool and spa heat must be scheduled at 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated and or reaching optimal temperature.

Stunning Home, Great Location

This is the second time we have rented this property and were not disappointed either time. The home comfortably has room for our party of 12 people without feeling cramped. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything that one needs to make large meals. There are three large bedroom suites and three others that have two beds in each room. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house is beautifully decorated. The pool area is large for entertaining and swimming. Local wildlife including deer come right up to the pool area. The home is steps from the beach; the location is ideal. Great memories have been made at this home and we hope to make many more here!!

Annual Family Trip

Perfect house for all 16 of us, including 4 couples and kids 17 to 3 months. Huge kitchen, big pantry & two dishwashers came in handy! Upstairs king rooms are huge! One master has a closet big enough we made a nursery and another has a large hall that can be closed off to make an additional bedroom. We had a family of 5 in that master suite room and it was perfect. The front porch and back pool area has tons of wasp nest but management was quick to respond and send people to address it. We still used the pool and enjoyed the new furniture on the deck. One tv didn’t work, one lamp was broke and no working locks on the master doors which was tough for privacy and keeping a toddler from running out.Overall amazing location and house and would rent again!

Vacation at 9 Armada Hilton Head Island

This house was the PERFECT spot for our family with 8 adults and 6 children under 4 years old. There was a suite for each adult family with children and three other bedrooms that was perfect for the rest. The living rooms and kitchen again was ample space for everyone. We were sorry to learn that only one trundle can be pulled out at a time in the room with 2 Qns. There's a trundle under each bed, but not room to pull them both out.The grill on the porch worked well and the outside fridge for drinks was so convenient.The elevator can be a tad finicky, but we were able to get it running.

Answer:

The beach path is just north of the property and can be accessed by the pool.

We ordered spa heat. How do I get the heater to heat the spa?

Answer:

Press the "SPA" button on the poolside 4 button controller once and wait 5-10 minutes for the water to get up to temperature.
