Wonderful Stay with Large Group!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at 9 Flamingo! Plenty of space to accommodate 6 adults and 3 kids. The pool is AWESOME - very large and nice pool deck area!! Plenty of seating too!! The house is about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach, but also nice that it’s farther back because it was very quiet. Plus, we saw deer across the street!! The management company is AMAZING - professional, accommodating, communicative etc.; very pleasant to work with. The only negative (which isn’t really a negative more of an opinion) is that both bedrooms upstairs, including the “kids” bunk room has a skylight so it’s very bright during the day/morning. Overall, wonderful time with family at this home and we plan on staying again!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was roomy, with a large kitchen and plenty of seating. Ample amount of beds and baths. Loved having 2 air conditioners to keep the whole house comfortable especially the 2nd floor. The pool was a favorite for its size and the plenty of chairs and lounges around it. We were very pleased with the short walk to the beach and close proximity to Coligny Plaza for groceries, restaurants and shopping. The washer/dryer was very useful!We would have liked more dishwasher pods as we ate in quite often, more dish towels and dish cloths. The rugs seemed to be somewhat dirty and rolled on the edges on some corners that posed a safety issue. Overall we were very pleased with our entire stay.

We love the Coligny area! Our house was close to restaurants, shops and bars. The walk to the beach is 5-6 minutes. There were beach toys and a wagon available to use in the garage.

Perfect multi family home with short walk to beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is perfect for 3 families with children. The bunk rooms were great for all the kids. They all had their own beds and a shower upstairs to share. Kitchen was well stocked with good knives,pancake griddle, Keurig with single and pot coffee option and all the utensils you need to cook.Could usea large sheet pan though. Great outdoor spaces and easy walk to the beach, egret street dead ends into beach access. Pool perfect for volleyball with both ends the same depth. Biggest issue is two of the downstairs rooms share a bathroom with only a bathtub, no shower. Perfect for bath lovers! So the couples in those rooms had to come to the master bathroom to shower. So there are 4 toilets,2 showers and 1 bathtub. If I could recommend anything to the owners would be to add locks to bathrooms. Only bathroom with a lock was the downstairs half bath. Great customer service; One small issue in the house and customer service had a tech out the next morning.

Great house, would rent again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our girl's trip - plenty of rooms, plenty of seating and kitchen space. It was clean and the management company responded in a timely manner to the one issue we had (no propane). The house itself is really nice. Miele appliances, upscale fixtures, beautiful bathrooms. It is clearly only used now as a short-term rental, though. The furniture is mostly pretty cheap. The pool area was really lovely, and we spent a lot of time hanging out around the fire pit table on the deck. I wish it was cheaper to heat the pool, but I understand that's a function of the gas cost and not profit-driven. The two suggestions I have are 1) put curtains up in the front bedroom - you can see right in from the front porch despite the blinds! and 2) more cookware for the kitchen. I know it is a rental, but some of that stuff was pretty old, and we couldn't find a large sheet pan. Oh, and we got bikes delivered from the equipment company that we were provided a credit with, and it worked out great.

Family vacation at the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was a wonderful newly remodeled house that was comfortable for our group of 10 people. This is the furthest we have ever stayed away from the beach, and it was still very close and walkable. The house itself was a very nice house and had everything we needed. The only recommendation we have from this house is that two of the bedrooms need blinds and there are only two showers. It made showering a little tricky with 10 people but we just took turns each day, and it worked out. All the furniture were brand new, in fact, some of the cushions still had tags on them. This was a great vacation house.
