The first-floor primary suite offers a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a dedicated workstation, making it ideal for work or relaxation. The en-suite bathroom has been fully upgraded with double vanities and a walk-in glass shower featuring dual shower heads and a handheld sprayer. Upstairs, three additional en-suite bedrooms provide ample space for everyone: a king room with a tub/shower combo, a double queen room with the same configuration, and another king room with a walk-in shower.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property

The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

My son and I (as well as six of his best buddies and their moms) had an great time at this amazing property. It was the perfect location -- only a short walk to the beach and a pool right on the property. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! The place was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with each bedroom having its bathroom. We enjoyed spending time by the pool, cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, and biking along the beach. The location was perfect—close to a golf course, pickleball courts, shops, and restaurants. We loved exploring the community, relaxing on the pristine beach, and spotting various birds and shells. We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay here. It was conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and the ocean. The house was fabulous with bedrooms for 4 couples, each with their own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils and the living and dining areas were spacious. The pool in the back yard was refreshing and the deck overlooked a canal with lovely scenery.
