Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

Discover the ultimate lagoon-front escape at this beautifully renovated home, complete with a private fishing dock and just a 5- to 10-minute walk from the beach, the Dunes House, and the Tennis and Pickleball Center.

Step into the first level, where new vinyl flooring sets the stage for a fresh and modern feel. The updated kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a central island with counter seating, seamlessly flowing into the living room—an ideal space for entertaining. Just beyond, a deck overlooking the serene lagoon invites outdoor dining for six, with a large gas grill perfect for summer cookouts. Steps lead down to the jetted pool, where lounge chairs offer the perfect spot to relax while soaking in the peaceful lagoon views.

Inside, the newly designed dining room comfortably seats 10 and includes a wet bar with a spacious beverage cooler, perfect for hosting gatherings. The adjacent living area features a plush sectional, a 65" smart TV, and a brick fireplace (decorative only). A sleekly renovated half bath completes this inviting main floor.

The first-floor primary suite offers a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a dedicated workstation, making it ideal for work or relaxation. The en-suite bathroom has been fully upgraded with double vanities and a walk-in glass shower featuring dual shower heads and a handheld sprayer. Upstairs, three additional en-suite bedrooms provide ample space for everyone: a king room with a tub/shower combo, a double queen room with the same configuration, and another king room with a walk-in shower.

With its blend of comfort, style, and thoughtful design, this home is the perfect setting for families to gather, unwind, and create lasting memories.

Key Features:

- The pool can be heated for an additional charge, give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool heat must be scheduled at 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated and or reaching optimal temperature.

Perfect for a large family

Great Family Vacation at 9 Saint George!!

We had a great time at 9 St. George in Palmetto Dunes. The house was perfect for our big gang. To beat the heat, we took bike rides in the morning, early and late beach time and pool time and naps in the middle. Dinner out a few times. Pizza and packing as we wrapped up the week! Everyone in our group loved the house and the pool. It was a quick walk to the beach, but having bikes made it even faster. Tons of activities including golf and pickleball which were our favorite. Working with the host was easy and I would definitely recommend!!

Mom/Son Trip

My son and I (as well as six of his best buddies and their moms) had an great time at this amazing property. It was the perfect location -- only a short walk to the beach and a pool right on the property. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything and everything we needed to prepare meals for seven hungry teenagers. We created memories which will last a lifetime.

9 St George - So Good!!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! The place was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with each bedroom having its bathroom. We enjoyed spending time by the pool, cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, and biking along the beach. The location was perfect—close to a golf course, pickleball courts, shops, and restaurants. We loved exploring the community, relaxing on the pristine beach, and spotting various birds and shells. This home is an excellent choice for a large family or friends to gather or spread out and have their privacy. We can’t wait to go back!

Excellent home to rent

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay here. It was conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and the ocean. The house was fabulous with bedrooms for 4 couples, each with their own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils and the living and dining areas were spacious. The pool in the back yard was refreshing and the deck overlooked a canal with lovely scenery. We highly recommend it.
