we loved the property and especially the view of the Fazio golf course. super easy access and proximity to all Palmetto Dunes has to offer. Dune house, beach, General store, biking and of course golf. our property management team checked on our stay multiple times and we had a great conversation about the island when picking up our gate passes. Island Time made the experience seamless. if you happen to play guitar the acoustics are great. 

Excellent rental company. Very responsive and communicative. Follow up phone calls and even the house visit were RARE and much appreciated personal services. We have rented from a dozen  rental companies——HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Everything was perfect! We rented a wonderful home, and our property manager was so helpful. He was quick to respond when I had a few questions. Our house was very clean and well-appointed. The Island Time team is organized and made everything so smooth from the time we booked, checked in and checked out. We only be using this rental company moving forward!

First time staying near Coligny. Wanted a place near all the shops, restaurants and nightlife, yet close to the beach. The Villa was exceptional. Clean, comfortable furniture, kitchen well stocked. LOVED the balcony for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Hot tub and pool area quiet and clean. Will be back for sure!

This spacious villa has a beautiful view from a perfect location and is squeaky clean and very well-appointed. Island Time provided very professional service.

This home is lovely. We enjoyed having en-suite bathrooms in each of the bedrooms. . It provided a space for everyone with three spacious living areas and well stocked kitchen. We were most impressed with the property manager, Rudy from Island Time, who was so quick to respond to any of our questions. We highly recommend for couples or a large family. Can’t wait to come back
