Welcome to Moon Crab Cottage. This lovely beach home is a simple 10-minute walk to the beach.

Walk in and be welcomed to the media room. The media room features a couch and love seat as well as a glider chair with a stool. With its spacious room, it's the perfect place to gather with family and friends for watching sports, movies, or favorite TV series. As you make your way through the beach house, you enter the main living room and powder room. The living room is a great space for catching up on the day's activities and is nestled next to the kitchen. The kitchen features a breakfast nook that seats 5, and the dining room table seats 8.

Head upstairs to find four bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed and has ample dresser room for clothes, with a walk-through closet leading to the ensuite bathroom, which contains a shower and a jacuzzi tub. The next two bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed, while the final bedroom features a fun spot for kids; this room features two bunk beds with four total twin mattresses.

Heading outside, you are welcomed by a large, fenced yard with a newly built pool. Lounge outside and soak in the rays. A hot tub is coming soon!

Located in the garage turned game room, you will also find a ping pong table, a dartboard, a bar with stools, and a TV. also has a couch and love seat. Bonus: An extra full-size refrigerator and dryer are also located in this space. a great gathering space after a day at the beach.

Super mid-island location convenient to shopping, schools, hospitals, restaurants, and all the fun activities of Hilton Head Island.

KEY FEATURES:

- Proximity to the beach: 10 min walk

- The pool can be heated for an additional charge, give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool heat must be scheduled at 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated and or reaching optimal temperature.

Perfect location
We stayed here in July. We had 4 families in total staying and all felt like we had plenty of room and personal space even with 6 little kids! It was the in the perfect location with a short bike ride to the beach! Everything was super clean and we had everything we needed and more! We can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend!

Highly Recommend
If you’re looking to get away on Hilton Head Island I highly recommend this home! Plenty of space and very clean! It had everything we needed to cookout, sleep, hang out by the pool, and more! It was a short walk to the beach, and an even shorter bike ride. There are several restaurants and shopping centers near by. We loved playing at the beach all day and coming home to a dip in the pool. Our vacation was a perfect 10 thanks to this home!

Fabulous Getaway
We stayed in this beautiful home with our three boys and their families, we each had our own rooms. They were plenty bathrooms to accommodate all of us. It was big enough that we could have our own space at times and big enough rooms that we could all be together at the same time as well. Having the pool right outside the back door was fabulous, everything that we needed to cook our family meals was there, which was so nice when we didn’t feel like going out to eat. We had a 10 minute walk to the beach which made it nice. We didn’t have to bother with trying to find parking. It was in a quiet neighborhood but yet it was close to everything shopping centers, the beach, & restaurants. We would highly recommend staying at this beautiful, comfortable home. I’m sure we will be doing it again sometime soon.
