Welcome to 19 Sea Lane!

Situated in Palmetto Dunes and featuring 5 bedrooms and updated 4.5 baths, this lovely elevated single-level home offers a spacious living room, an open kitchen with a center island, and a grilling area with outdoor seating. This beach-oriented home is equipped with six flat-screen TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi. All new interior paint as well as new carpet! Each bedroom has plenty of space to unwind. The first bedroom has two full-sized beds. The next two bedrooms have two king beds. The last two bedrooms feature two twin beds and one queen bed.

You can look forward to enjoying the peaceful tranquility of lounging by your private pool and spa, with plenty of seating surrounding the pool. Or just spend the day at the beach!

Starting Late Fall 2024, this amazing home is getting better. Coming soon, there will be new flooring, carpet, and an updated kitchen. As well as updates in the living room, bathrooms, a new expanded deck, and much more!

Key Features:

- Proximity to the beach: 7/10 min walk or 5 min bike ride

- The pool and spa can be heated for an additional charge, give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool and spa heat must be scheduled at 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated and or reaching optimal temperature.

Wonderful house

We absolutely loved staying in this house. It was beautiful, very well equipped, super well located and dog friendly. We really enjoyed the pool and the bbq. The short walk to the beach was absolutely beautiful! We look forward to staying there again next year!

Thanksgiving in Hilton Head

19 Sea Lane was perfect for our week in Hilton Head. The home had plenty of room for my family. It was just a short walk to the beach. Island Time was very easy to work with and was responsive to any of our needs!

Clean and comfortable stay!

We attended a pickleball tournament in Palmetto Dunes and this home was in a perfect location to the courts and beach. The home was clean, well equipped, comfortable and convenient. We are not used to renting pet friendly homes without any odor, but this one was odor free and no signs of previous pets. We will definitely stay with this company and in this home again.

Great Location, Near Beach!

I had a wonderful time with my family at 19 Sea Lane. The house was spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the items we needed to cook meals.

Tropical Paradise

The house is great. It had everything we needed for our vacation of 8 adults with 2 small dogs. The house was very clean. The pool was a must have and the surrounding trees made you feel like you could have been in the tropics!The beds were very comfortable as was the living space. 5 minute walk to the beach. Recommend renting bikes, this was a big plus when riding to the pickle ball courts. The free shuttle bus was very handy and easy to use. Highly recommend the Poseidon Restaurant-dueling piano night entertainment.

What a wonderful house!

We had this house for a week and what a wonderful experience. This house has everything you need Keurig and Drip coffee, extra pillows and blankets. Pool and yard toys in the garage. Golf course behind you but the trees give you the privacy you need. The back porch, table and chairs outside... couldn't have been better. A shout out to Haleigh at Island Time who got us this house at the last minute. She is so helpful.

Perfect beach getaway!

The home we rented in Palmetto Dunes was about a 10 minute walk to the beach along a shady road. The home was spacious and very clean. Loved having a pool as well. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

19 Sea Ln Feb-March 2021

Great location and loved the interior layout. Interior was clean and comfortable. Only issue was the trash situation on the outside.
There were 4 bins that were full to overflowing with yard and general trash.
