Description Description
45 Sea Lane has a fabulous open floor plan, perfect for entertaining. Walk into a sitting area and a separate living area. This home has two fireplaces and dining areas as well making it the perfect place for family and friend get togethers. The first bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has two full size beds. The third bedroom has 1 full bed. The fourth bedroom has a king bed. Each room has it's own private bath.

This home features an incredible outdoor entertainment area covered sitting areas and dining decks, outdoor kitchen, grill area, pool, lounging area. You may never want to leave. It's also just a short walk to resort amenities and to the beach via Port Tack.

PROPERTY FEATURES:

- Proximity to the beach: 7/10 min walk or less than 3 min bike ride

- Private Pool

- The pool can be heated for an additional charge, give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool heat must be scheduled at 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated and or reaching optimal temperature.

The BEST family vacay!!
The home, property and everything that went along with it was Fabulous! We thoroughly enjoyed this home, especially the outdoor living space! It was our first ever beach trip where ALL of us including grand babies were able to get together!

Beautiful house
House was great! Large open layout.
Pool was perfect. We stay in a lot of luxury vacation rentals and the only things I'd recommend as improvements are: add some board games/cards (kind of expect at this price point), improved shower heads/pressure, better internet (very spotty inside the house), and add a Keurig.

Beautiful home and pool
The home was beautiful and very clean, and the private pool and outdoor patio were amazing. The pool area is shaded in the morning and has full sun in the afternoon. The home is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and also close to many dining options. The Property managers were very responsive and I had all the information I needed several weeks before the vacation. The home could use a few more towels as we had to do laundry a few times while we were there and could also use another umbrella by the pool for additional shade. Our only real negative was that we did not know this home was inside a gated community. We drove a small RV van down to Hilton Head and had to rent a car when we got there because we were not allowed inside the gate. There are other vehicle restrictions as well so make sure to read the contract very carefully. Overall we were very pleased with the property and would highly recommend!
