Upon entry, you are met with the tastefully decorated living room, where natural light fills up every corner through the many windows. Enjoy plenty of comfortable seating around the flatscreen TV to enjoy your favorite shows, or pick your favorite board game for a fun family game night. Just around the corner, find a sitting room that features a flatscreen TV, queen-sized sleeper sofa, direct deck access, and a work desk to provide ample space and focus time when needed. There is a full bathroom right outside this room.

A fully stocked kitchen awaits and is more than ready to take on any meal you have in mind! Guests can enjoy top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances along with stone countertops to make mealtime easy. Two large dining tables offer enough seating for all!

The master bedroom sits at the end of the hallway and features a king-sized bed, flatscreen TV, private balcony overlooking the pool, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom sits adjacent and features a king-sized bed, a flatscreen TV, and plenty of storage. The third bedroom offers two twin-sized beds and a flatscreen TV. The final bedroom features a queen-sized bed along with a flatscreen TV, a private balcony overlooking the pool, and a private bathroom. There is another full bathroom in the hallway as well.

Nice property with a beautiful view.
Our family immensely enjoyed the private pool and the many amenities found in Shipyard. The home was comfortable and has a good kitchen with many cooking utensils. We loved our stay.

Family Vacation
We all enjoyed our stay at this property. We rented bikes and had a short ride to the beach each day. We were also walking distance to the Shipyard Golf Courses which we played during our stay. The house's kitchen was well stocked with items that we used during our stay. The pool was great. The pool maintenance team was out twice during our stay to clean the pool, which was also nice. We would come back again.

Fantastic week

June 2021 Stay
Our family greatly enjoyed our stay in Shipyard. The location was convenient and close to Coligny Beach. We loved the pool at the house! It was fun for both kids and adults. We also used and enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen daily. The only thing that could have been improved was having more towels available to the guests.

Wonderful home for a HHI family vacation. Home has a fun “beachy” vibe and is well supplied with everything you need. Very clean and lots of gathering room inside and outside. Short drive to the beach and right on the golf course. Thank you for sharing your home!!

GREAT LOCATION AND GREAT HOUSE
Everything was wonderful: Great location on quiet dead-end street with other attractive homes and right next to the golf course. We enjoyed lounging by the backyard pool and watching the golfers. Beach was an easy bike ride away on dedicated bike paths and the golf club and restaurant only about three blocks from the house. In the evening we could bike directly from the back yard onto the extensive golf club trails. House was attractively decorated, had a well-stocked kitchen and many items for the beach. Enjoyed our stay immensely!

Thanksgiving gathering
Very clean and roomy. Kitchen was very well equipped. Excellent location with easy beach access by bike. Minor issue with bathroom leaky faucet. Pool looked nice but we did not use. We would stay here again.

Great Stay!
