Villa was in a wonderful location with direct view of water and shops and restaurants just steps away. The leasing company was great and easy to work with. The Villa was a comfortable size and fully furnished. The kitchen was a bit outdated, and in need of updated appliances, including washer/dryer. We enjoyed our stay there and we will continue to use Island Time for future stays.

We've been coming to HHI for over 40 years. This is at the top of our list for favorite vacay homes. The view is spectacular, and the atmosphere is peaceful and tranquil with beautiful sunset viewings every night. Seconds from Harbour Town and rode our bikes to the beach. Definitely would love to return to this updated and comfortable condo. Please thank the owners for all of their hard work and yours too, Island Times. Have already recommended it to a couple friends. We had a wonderful time here at 703 Schooner. Tastefully decorated, very clean, beautiful views. Just steps from from shops and restaurants at Harbor Town. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for letting us borrow your beautiful place for a few days.

My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay in HHI. The location couldn’t be better! Plus the trolley was so convenient for going to the beach or Salty Dog.

703 Schooner Court is a great condo, conveniently located in HarbourTown with one of the best views of any vacation we have taken. The condo was recently remodeled beautifully furnished and clean. The location is perfectly located in Harbourtown with a very short walk (100 yeards) to restaurants, stores and vacation activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location, great view from patio and Harbour Town is steps away with easy access to the marina/ferries/sunset sail. Dolphin viewings daily from patio seating. Condo was very clean and had modern decorations. Mattress in master bedroom was like sleeping in a sinkhole - very uncomfortable and took a toll on the back. It is my understanding it was replaced the following glad to know property owner is on top of maintenance. Only thing that would have been nice is some basics, like salt & pepper, coffee filters (we left what we bought behind). Would definitely return.
