21 Sand Dollar is a stunning 2nd row ocean home. Located in Folly Field, this home has 7 bedrooms with multiple living rooms, a pool bar, a large pool, and a hot tub. This home is perfect for large groups and families.

Decorated beautifully throughout, this luxurious beach house has all new painted interiors, flooring, and furnishings. The large kitchen has stainless steel appliances and plenty of space to cook in groups. The kitchen has an open layout to the dining room. The formal dining table seats 16, with an additional dining table that seats 5. The kitchen has bar seating for 5.

This home boasts five primary suites with king beds and two bunk rooms. The first bunk room features 3 queen beds, and the second one has 2 double beds and 2 queen beds.

As if the inside of this home wasn't enough to entertain guests for days, the backyard makes it even better! The main pool deck features a grilling station, pool bar, lounge seating, and a private pool!

Great week in Hilton Head

The house was perfect for a multi generational family vacation. There was enough space for privacy and communal gatherings.

Good experience for our family
Island Time did a nice job, helping us transition a booking originally from VRBO over to Island Time HHI and also during the week of our stay. The property was in fine shape and they took care of minor issues during the week as we requested.

Great Experience
Took group of youth and had a great time. House was great and location was wonderful. Close to everything. Island Time was very responsive to anything we needed.

Week at the Beach
This house was great for what we needed. My family and I stayed here the week prior to Memorial Day. We had 10 adults+ 5 kids and we had plenty of space! Walk to beach is less than 5 minutes. There were a few issues with having toddlers and no gates around the pool, a few other small issues that the company was willing to come look at and help. Overall, this was a great house and we would rent again!

Easy to get to and a great location with quick access to the beach and a pool. Definitely recommend for friends or family!

Perfect for a big group of friends!
We had an excellent stay! This house was rented for the bride and groom and bridal party for a destination wedding and we had a blast! We loved being able to all hangout together. The host was incredible and was very easy to contact. We had a read a previous review about purchasing extra paper products and I would reiterate that! Especially for a large group of 26-30 year olds who were primarily boys :P We also received one noise complaint which was absolutely our fault, but be mindful that this is a beach town with many families so if your group is very loud like ours, this may not be a great fit for you as the houses are close together. All in all this house was PERFECT and we had the best weekend together.
