This oceanfront stunner is located in South Forest Beach to offer panoramic ocean views and places you only minutes away from fun at Coligny Plaza.
Upon entry, you walk into the first-floor great room of the home, which consists of a living room, kitchenette, and dining area. The living room has plenty of seating around a large flatscreen TV and offers amazing views through the many windows. The kitchenette is stocked with necessities, and there are enough dining seats for 8! There is an elevator for guests to make trips up and down easy. This room features direct access to the screened-in porch, which overlooks the private pool and leads directly to the beach path.
The first three bedrooms are on this floor, all with their own private bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is the first-floor suite and offers amazing views of the ocean as well as direct access to the screened-in porch! There is also a flatscreen TV for your entertainment, as well as a spacious walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. Bedroom 3 has two full-sized beds, a flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are on the next floor.
On the next level of the home, you are met with what is arguably the best view on Hilton Head Island! Enjoy breathtaking ocean views as you relax in the huge living room, which has a cozy sectional and a huge flatscreen TV that makes for perfect family movie nights. This space is very tastefully decorated and has a breakfast nook by the window to offer oceanside dining. Just around the corner, you'll find a chef's dream kitchen! The kitchen is beautifully updated with top-of-the-line furnishings and has tons of counterspace that allows for multiple people to cook simultaneously with room to spare. Enjoy brand-new stainless-steel appliances, including a double oven, that will make cooking meals a breeze! There is a built-in desk, a small breakfast table for four by the window, as well as four bar stools at the kitchen island. The formal dining table has enough seating for eight.
Bedroom 4 is spacious and has a king-sized bed, along with huge windows to take in the view all day long! There is a flat-screen TV for your entertainment and a large walk-in closet. Down the hall sits the private bathroom, which consists of a vanity, makeup desk, walk-in shower, and spa tub. This hallway can be closed off to serve as a suite! Bedroom 5 serves as the master bedroom and sits adjacent to this bedroom to offer great separation and privacy for the two. This bedroom has a king-sized bed along with a spectacular built-in bookcase and work area to provide some quiet time if needed. Enjoy your own private balcony and take in the stunning view as you listen to the ocean waves crash in the distance! This room has a private bathroom that consists of a vanity, a walk-in shower, and your own washer and dryer to make laundry that much easier!
Outside, your backyard oasis awaits! Enjoy summer days in the private pool or quiet nights in the hot tub under the stars. There is plenty of comfortable seating for all to enjoy, as well as an outdoor dining set. Your private beach path will have you at one of Hilton Head's finest beaches in less than a minute! The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

The house was absolutely amazing!! Great location, beautiful beach. Boardwalk to beach and elevator were perfect and made it easy for my 86 yr old mother to walk to beach and get around the house. Very accomodating with everything we needed to stay!One suggestion would be to have doors on the bathrooms in the en suites.Island time communications and check-in /check-out were wonderful and easy! 8 of us enjoyed this huge house (4 adults, 3 teens, 1 child). The fisherman of the group fished multiple times of the day and nite. It was nice being right on the beach. Tucked away at the end of the culdesac, so had ultimate privacy. A family of 3 deer showed themselves numerous times as we took the boardwalk to the beach. Beach is super wide, easy to ride bikes on. Close to coligny square where teens could ride their rented bikes everyday. Many pool floaties, boogie boards and beach toys provided. Hot tub was fabulous. Kitchen had everything you needed. Spectacular views from inside house. Lanai's were a bit dated, but ocean view made up for it. Check-in was easy. Communication with host when needed was good.Posted: 6/14/2025

The house was perfect for our needs. Having each bedroom be a master is a must for us. Beautiful views of the ocean with a wonderful boardwalk to the beach. We had a great stay here with my family. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The views and natural lighting were amazing! Enjoyed our stay very much. Great house for a group of 12. Couple of minor issues which would need some attention. Some mattresses should be changed, and the faucet in the main kitchen. My family and I really enjoyed the house and had a great time on our vacation. The location and beach access were excellent. The house layout is nice, the AC worked well, and the pool is clean.
