512 Shorewood is a spectacular 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom oceanfront condo with beach views! This stunning beach condo sleeps 8 and is on the 5th floor with elevator access, featuring all new furniture and décor with an incredible ocean view from every room, a community pool, beach access, and more!

Upon entering, you are met with views from the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Natural light illuminates the open floor plan. The kitchen has top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a tile backsplash, granite counters, and plenty of counter and cabinet space. The kitchen has 2 bar seats, and the dining table seats 6. Sit back and relax in the living room, which offers ample seating. The living and dining area offers access to the patio with seating for six and views of the community pool, ocean, and beach!

Just off the living room is the first primary bedroom, which has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bunk bed, and the bathroom has a combination tub and shower.

Wonderful!
Very clean and nice modern decor. Recently renovated with very nice appliances and furniture. The balcony view was fantastic from the corner of the fifth floor and the patio furniture was amazingly comfortable. Amenities were also fantastic. My only concern was with the building’s elevator, but the stairs are right by the rental unit.

A perfect stay at 512 Shorewood Place
The condo was perfect for our needs. The location is ideal and the views from the top (5th) floor corner unit are full ocean views as well as the views of the beach and pool from most of the rooms. The common amenities (pool, hot tub, etc) are beautiful as well. I don't get the sense that all of the condos in this complex are as modern/updated as this one but I would certainly return again to this specific condo. The only thing that was lacking was access to a gym/workout facility but everything else was perfect.

Stunning Condo!
This condo is absolutely stunning and probably one of the nicest on the island with it being a corner unit on the 5th floor. We are very busy with work and kids activities so when we travel I am very particular about where we stay. This unit did not disappoint! The view was exceptional and all the finishing touches and appliances are top of the line (Wolf stove, Miele fridge). The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. Even things like beach towels that we didn't expect were provided and was greatly appreciated since we flew in and thought would need to purchase. The property was fully gated and felt very safe. The pool and grounds were well maintained. We look forward to staying here again at some point!
