Welcome to the Salty Sixteen!

This beautifully renovated 6-bedroom, 5.5-bath home has high-quality fixtures and unique southern features, including shiplap walls and coffered ceilings. Huge windows allow plenty of natural sunlight to shine through, creating a light and airy environment everyone will enjoy.

The first-floor primary suite has a king-sized bed and an ensuite featuring a double vanity and a large walk-in shower. Two rooms feature built-in bunk beds, each accommodating four people. A secondary living area with a daybed, seating, and a TV opens to one of the bunk rooms, making it perfect for the children. Additional bedrooms house two king-sized beds and a queen bed.

The fully updated kitchen with modern appliances and an open-plan layout make it ideal for your whole group to be part of the meal preparation. There are four stools at the island and two dining tables close by, with the living area just beyond.

Enjoy the outdoors with over 600 feet of a covered porch overlooking the pool and spa that is fully furnished with comfortable seating and an outdoor dining table and chairs for al fresco meals.

Enjoy sunny days out back by the private pool and spa. Both the spa and pool share the same heater. For the spa to be heated, the pool must be heated as well.

If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated or reaching an optimal temperature.

Good house

We had a nice stay at the Garrison house. It was spacious enough for our family and the living room / kitchen layout was wonderful for eating and spending time together. The location was perfect, especially the shortcut through the woods to the bike path.

Only complaint was the kitchen should really be stocked better. We had to purchase a cheese grader and a small set of knives as the ones on property were too dull to cut anything - we even purchased a knife sharpener, but that didn't help. For this price point, these are basic necessities in a kitchen, not items we should have to purchase.

Other than that, it was a great house and Island Time was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone looking at a HHI rental. Thanks!

Friends getaway

We met 5 friends from Floida in Sea Pines. The house was awesome. There was plenty of space for all and it was super clean. Walked to the beach to catch the sunrise every morning. We all would stay there again.

Loved the Bunk Rooms!

Would highly recommend staying here and am planning on making a return trip next year for certain. The house is spacious enough for everyone to spread out and was immaculate in terms of cleanliness and decor. The two bunk rooms were a game changer!
