Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This stunning coastal home welcomes you with a beautiful blue exterior and an expansive front porch featuring rocking chairs and a hanging bench, creating the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the island breeze.

Inside, the home feels grand and open with an abundance of natural light. To the right of the entry is the spacious kitchen, designed for both cooking and gathering. It features a massive island with seating for four, ample storage, and large windows that brighten the entire space. Just off the kitchen is Bedroom 1, which includes a king bed and a TV, offering a comfortable and convenient main level retreat.

At the center of the home is the dining area with seating for eight, perfectly positioned for group meals and entertaining. To the left of the entrance is the main living room, complete with a large sectional, TV, and plenty of natural light. This space also includes a casual circular dining table with seating for four and a pool table, making it ideal for relaxing and spending time together. From the living room, you can access the screened porch, which features a grill, dining table, seating area, and a ping pong table for added fun.

Continuing past the kitchen on the right side of the home, you will find a full bathroom with a shower, followed by an open office and desk area. Beyond that is Bedroom 2, which offers a full size bed, a TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs, the second level provides additional sleeping space and privacy. At the top of the stairs is Bedroom 3, featuring two twin beds, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Down the hall is Bedroom 4, which includes a king bed, a TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower. This level also features a front facing balcony with chairs, perfect for enjoying the coastal surroundings.

At the end of the hall is Bedroom 5, a spacious primary suite offering a king bed, a tv, generous dresser storage, a large closet, and a cozy sitting area ample seating and a second TV. The ensuite bathroom is designed for relaxation and includes a clawfoot tub and a separate shower. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also located on this level for added convenience.

From this floor, you can continue up to the rooftop, where a top sun deck provides stunning ocean views and a peaceful place to take in the scenery.

On the ground level of the home, you will find a half bathroom and access to the garage. The backyard is accessible from both the first level of the home and the screened porch and is a true island escape. This private outdoor oasis features a pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining table, along with a custom enclosed tiki hut that truly sets this home apart. Designed for both fun and relaxation, the tiki hut includes a bar setup and a private sauna, creating a resort style experience right in your own backyard. It is the perfect spot for poolside cocktails, post beach unwinding, or memorable nights spent with friends and family.

Beach access is located just two houses down to the left off of Ibis Street, making it an easy two minute walk to the beach.

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS provided by the TOWN OF HILTON HEAD ISLAND

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.

CONSTRUCTION TIMELINE

The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

Phase I:

  • Complete - Contractor mobilizes in August 2025
  • Complete - Weeks of August 13, 2025 thru September 12, 2025 - Fish Haul area
  • Complete - Weeks of September 18, 2025 thru October 10, 2025 - Pine Island
  • Complete - Weeks of October 11, 2025 thru October 17, 2025 - Port Royal (The Heel)

Phase II:

  • Weeks of December 11, 2025 thru March 28, 2026 - Central Island, including beach areas along Palmetto Dunes
  • Weeks of March 28, 2026 thru May 31, 2026 - South Island and South Beach areas.

Phase III:

  • Weeks of November 1, 2025 thru April 30, 2026 - Pine Island Breakwater Structures
TEMPORARY CLOSURES AND COMMUNITY IMPACT

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property

SAND PLACEMENT LOCATIONS:

The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:

  • Fish Haul Creek — 2,130 feet
  • Pine Island — 5,280 feet
  • Port Royal / The Heel — 5,280 feet
  • Central Island (including Palmetto Dunes) — 28,860 feet
  • South Beach / South Island — 10,230 feet
WILDLIFE PROTECTIONS

The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

IMPACTS ON RESIDENTS AND VISITORS
  • Construction noise will primarily involve bulldozers shaping the sand as it is deposited.
  • Disruptions at individual properties generally last about three or four days as the renourishment operation progresses.
  • Adjacent property owners, or renters, may experience short-term minor inconveniences.
